Vendor Management Services definition

Vendor Management Services means the facilitation, purchase and management of "staffing services" for clients, including the placement and fulfillment of orders for "staffing services workers" or "contract services workers".

Based on that review, Bank will use its business judgment to determine whether (and if so, how) to add, remove, adjust, or otherwise amend any component of the Services, Performance Standards and/or Measuring Periods. Documentation of such adjustments shall be memorialized in writing and executed by both parties, which writing need not be in the form of a formal amendment to this Agreement, but shall be attached to and become a part of this Appendix A once executed by the parties. Examples of Vendor Management Services in a sentence

  • Clean will timely supply B2B, in a form acceptable to B2B, with all data necessary for B2B to perform the Vendor Management Services.

  • B2B and Enviro-Clean will mutually agree upon all detailed final specifications and subsequent modifications (the "Specifications") for the Vendor Management Services.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, B2B reserves the right upon reasonable notice to Enviro-Clean to limit or curtail holiday or weekend availability of the Vendor Management Services when necessary for system upgrades, adjustments, maintenance or other operational considerations.

  • This Appendix 3‑E sets out the Vendor Management Services that shall be provided by the Supplier to HSBC in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Subject to paragraph 1.1 above, the Supplier shall provide Vendor Management Services globally and Regionally for HSBC.

  • Vendor Management Services apply to any existing Learning Vendors as at the Restatement Date and additional Learning Vendors agreed by the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, from time to time thereafter.

  • This Appendix 3‑E supplements any requirements for Vendor Management Services (or Services similar to the Vendor Management Services) set out in any Local Services Agreement as of the effective date of this Agreement, which shall be considered within the scope of Vendor Management Services described in this Appendix 3‑E and the associated Vendor Management Charges.

Related to Vendor Management Services

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Employment Services means services designed to assist Consumers with obtaining Employment. Services may include, but are not limited to, application completion, resume development, interview training, and providing access to job listings.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.
