VOD Deemed Retail Price means (i) CAD $4.99 for each Current Film in Standard Definition made available on the “standard” window VOD Availability Date after its Home Video Street Date in Canada; (ii) CAD $5.99 for each Current Film in High Definition made available on the “standard” window VOD Availability Date after its Home Video Street Date in Canada; (iii) CAD $3.99 for each Library Film in Standard Definition; and (iv) CAD $4.99 for each Library Film in High Definition. For purposes of clarification, the VOD Deemed Retail Price with respect to Canada shall be a net amount unreduced by any tax, levy or charge, the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee.”
VOD Deemed Retail Price means: (I) for VOD Included Programs in High Definition format with a VOD Availability Date that is after its Home Video Street Date:

For purposes of clarification, the VOD Deemed Retail Price shall be a net amount unreduced by any tax, levy or charge, the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee.
Examples of VOD Deemed Retail Price in a sentence
For each VOD Included Program during its License Period, the “VOD Per-Program License Fee” equals the product of the (a) the total number of VOD Customer Transactions for such VOD Included Program, multiplied by (b) the greater of the VOD Actual Retail Price and the VOD Deemed Retail Price for such VOD Included Program, multiplied by (c) the applicable VOD Licensor Share.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor retains the right to increase the VOD Deemed Retail Price for Early Window Titles if Licensor makes such titles available to Licensee with enhanced offerings (e.g., 3D or bundled with DVD copies).
For each VOD Included Program during its VOD License Period, the “VOD Per-Program License Fee” equals the product of the (a) the total number of VOD Customer Transactions for such VOD Included Program, multiplied by (b) the greater of the VOD Actual Retail Price and the VOD Deemed Retail Price for such VOD Included Program, multiplied by (c) the applicable VOD Licensor Share.
If Licensee offers any other content licensor a higher deemed price for their respective “early window” or “pre-DVD” titles, Licensee shall offer such higher deemed price as the VOD Deemed Retail Price for each Early Window Title.
For each VOD Customer Transaction during each calendar month, Licensee shall pay to Licensor a royalty equal to the product of (i) VOD Licensor’s Share and (ii) the greater of (y) the VOD Actual Retail Price or (z) the VOD Deemed Retail Price (each, a “Royalty”).
More Definitions of VOD Deemed Retail Price
VOD Deemed Retail Price means: (I) for VOD Included Programs in High Definition format with a VOD Availability Date that is after its Home Video Street Date: (i) $4.99USD for each Current Film and (ii) $3.99USD for each Library Film, and (II) for VOD Included Programs in Standard Definition format shall mean (i) $3.99USD for each Current Film; and (ii) $2.99USD for each Library Film, (III) for VOD Included Programs in Stereoscopic 3D format shall mean (i) $6.99USD for each Current Film and (ii) $4.99USD for each Library Film, and (IV) for each 4K VOD Program in 4K Format shall be $7.99USD. For purposes of clarification, the VOD Deemed Retail Price shall be a net amount unreduced by any tax, levy or charge, the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee. For purposes of clarity, a “deemed retail price” is solely for purposes of calculating VOD License Fees owed hereunder and does constitute the setting of a retail price by Licensor, which shall be set by Licensee in its sole discretion. Licensor shall provide in the periodic VOD Availability Notices or otherwise in writing information regarding whether a VOD Included Program is a Current Film or Library Film. The following text is inserted as a new Section 1.0A:
