Work Phase definition

Work Phase means the period of time from the Eligibility Date to and including the Project Completion Date.
Work Phase means a stage or element of a capital project including, but not limited to, planning and engineering, land acquisition, construction, inspection, equipment and artwork purchased for display on city property. (Added by Ord. 88 107)

  • At least sixty-five (65) percent of the Contract, or such other discrete Work phase as set forth in Subsection 12.1.6 or Work package delineated in the Contract Documents, must be completed before Owner can consider a retainage reduction or release.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
