Disputes – Governing law. XXXXX and the supplier commit to look for a solution in mutual consultation in case of any disputes about the interpretation or implementation of these Terms and Conditions. In case of lack of agreement, any disputes shall be submitted to the trade tribunal in Alençon which is the only competent court.
