Common use of Notices Clause in Contracts

Notices. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement for Logistics and any Ancillary Agreement shall be given in writing and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given: a) when delivered in person; b) on the seventh (7th) business day after mailing by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested; or c) on the next business day after sending by overnight courier service; or d) to the address specified on the Ancillary Agreement for the Buyer, and on the invoice for the Seller.
