Purpose of the contract. The purpose of this contract is to issue to the Holder badges accepted on the network of French motorway concession companies, operators of toll facilities (excluding the Mont-Blanc and Fréjus tunnels) and, unless expressly restricted under the specific terms and conditions, car park operators with equipment marked with the "t" pictogram, for payment of the sums due for passing through the aforementioned facilities. The Holder may, upon simple request, benefit from one or more additional badges under the conditions set out in the price list attached hereto.
Purpose of the contract. The purpose of these general rental conditions is to determine the rental terms of the different types of Electrically Assisted Bicycle and any accessories (hereinafter referred to as the "Accessories") through a rental contract concluded between Ma Balade à Vélo (hereinafter referred to as "MBV" or the "Lessor") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant").
