Xxxxxx stated otherwise in this Agreement, You have the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the Service during the Term solely for Your educational operations and subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may permit Your End Users to use the Service for the foregoing purpose, and You are responsible for Your End Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
