Electricity and hazardous materials in the building: - No personal electrical devices (radiators, hotplates, fridges or other such equipment) may be installed. - No food can be cooked in the room, except in the case of rooms with their own kitchens. - No fuel, hazardous, explosive or inflammable material may be stored or handled on the premises. - The use of candles, barbecues, liquid gas, incense, etc. is forbidden.
Safety. In order to ensure the safety of our customers regarding the misdeeds which the intrusion of people not belonging to La Pointe du Médoc can cause, a spotting system is set up for the periods of strong affluence.

Safety. The Client is cognisant of the (sometimes extreme) sports nature of the activities offered in these Trips. He/she undertakes to abide by the advice and instructions provided by the service providers and guides. The Client refrains from personal actions that could endanger his/her own safety, that of other participants and of any accompanying professionals whilst taking part in these activities. It will be the professional supervising the activities who decides on any changes in activities for reasons of safety, of weather and conditions in the mountains, of the fitness levels of participants, and of their technical skills. As a result, a different route or another mountain range may be proposed, with any supplemental costs occasioned remaining the responsibility of the Client. Failure to follow safety instructions such as, for example, participating in a Trip without complying with the obligatory fitness/skills levels detailed in the Information Sheet could justify the exclusion of the Client from the Trip. This exclusion, decided on for safety reasons, does not entitle the Client to any refund.
Safety. Please be advised that under French Law (Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995), the top bunk of bunk beds is not suitable for children under the age of 6 years old, and this should be observed at all times.
Safety. The contractor shall be responsible for provision of safety arrangement and protective clothing for all operators on the site whether or not engaged in actual operation of supervision. The contractor shall also be responsible for safety arrangmenets of all equipment used for construction and shall employ trained workmen conversent with safety regulation.The contractor shall use only tested equipment and tools and shall periodically renews tests to the satisfaction of the Engineer. All test certificate shall be made available to the Engineer at the site of the work. If at any time, in the opinion of the Engineer, this provision is not completion with, the Contractor shall forthewith replace such equipment and tools. The contractor shall display notices and arrange proper fencing at such places where hazardous work is being carried out. The contractor shall provided at his own expense on the works to the satisfaction of the Engineer at such places, proper and sufficient fire tighting, first and applicances etc. which shall at all times be available for use.
Safety. The Exhibitor shall comply with all safety measures laid down by legal and administrative au- thorities, as well as all those measures required by the Exhibition Hall of Montpellier and by the Organizer. The latter Organizer reserves the right to check this compliance. Monitoring shall be performedunderthe Organizer’scontrol, itsdecisionsregardingtheenforcementofsafetyrules being immediately carried out. In respect of machines being operated, the Exhibitor shall be present on its stand during the Safety Commission’s visit.
Safety a. Fire Open fires (wood, coal, etc..) are strictly prohibited on the campsite. Camping stoves must be maintained in good working condition and must not be used in unsafe conditions. Petroleum heaters are strictly prohibited in the Mobil-homes. In case of fire, immediately notify the campsite manager or the front desk. Fire extinguishers are available if necessary. A first aid kit is available at the reception desk. b. Theft Direction is responsible for objects left at the office and has a general obligation to keep watch over the campsite. The Client is however responsible for his own installation and must report to the campsite manager the presence of any suspicious persons. The Clients are invited to take usual precautions regarding their equipment.
Safety. The lessee must see to it that all doors and windows of their accommodation are closed and locked at all times, particularly when they are absent. They must use the safe in their accommodation to store any valuable items. The responsibility of the establishment can not be engaged in case of theft, loss, or degradation of personal effects in the apartment or suite apartment or room, the private parking area of the establishment, the ski room and other common areas. All ski equipment is to be stored in the private ski lockers provided which must be locked at all times. No object or equipment is to be left on the balcony of the apartment or suite apartment, or room or in the communal areas of the establishment (reception, terrace, garage…). In the event of a break-in, the responsibility of the establishment may only be held liable if the lessee immediately informs the reception and reports the incident to the police within 24 hours, and solely under the conditions and limits of the comprehensive hotel/residence insurance taken out by the establishment. The lessee is reminded the establishment will not be held responsible for any personal effects forgotten in the apartment after departure. In accordance with Article 6 –
Safety. Buyer shall distribute to its employees and others that handle the Products, and will follow, all safety and other instructions for the use and handling of the Products that Seller provides in its Product specifications and documents accompanying the Products or elsewhere.
