Image rights. When subscribing for an accreditation to Les Arcs Film Festival, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed by our team. You also consent to the use of these images from the association Révélation Culturelles, for promotional purposes. The association does not hold the right to transfer these images to a third person.
Image rights. You may find that we take photographs and/or videos on the campsite for activity and/or publicity purposes during your stay. These photos/videos may show you or the other people in your party. When you pay the balance of the price of your stay, we assume that you are also giving us your consent to use any photos and/or videos in which you or the other people in your party appear for the purposes set out above and for a period of 2 years. If you do not wish us to use any photographs or videos in which you or your party appear for these purposes you must notify us in writing by letter, email or other ‘durable medium’.
Image rights. Camping Les Embruns produces photographic, and video supports for its promotion. Their distribution is subject to express authorisation, for yourself or the minors over whom you have authority, you will express, if necessary, your disagreement about the image rights upon arrival.
Image rights. By booking at the campsite, customers accept that the campsite captures, uses, publishes and broadcasts their image without any prior agreement.
Image rights. You authorize the campsite to use on any support, photos or videos of you or your children or every person whom you inform in advance who might be accompanying you (registered on the contract or visitors) who could be taken during your stay for the advertising needs of the campsite. Please notify us in writing (countersigned by the management) if you do not wish to appear on these communication supports.
Image rights. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Organization (and its suppliers) may capture the Customer's image through, but not limited to, photographs and video during the Event. Customer acknowledges that the Event is being televised and that Customer's image may be captured and retransmitted. The Customer irrevocably assigns to the Organization all rights arising from its image rights and agrees that the Organization (and any other entity duly authorized by it) may broadcast these images in all forms (film, video, photos, newspapers, social networks, etc.) and may use these images for any purpose (including, but not limited to, advertising and commercial purposes). The Customer hereby releases and holds harmless the Organization from any and all liability for the use of its image and from any and all claims or rights that the Client may receive arising from the use of its image. The Customer acknowledges that he/she has read the Event's Privacy Policy and agrees that his/her personal data will be processed as described in the policy. The Customer acknowledges that his/her data may also be processed by organizations other than the Organization and that, at that time, the privacy policy of the organization in question shall apply. The Customer agrees to receive the newsletter and promotions from the Event and from its trusted partners. The personal information provided will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Image rights. The Client authorize expressly and without compensation the campsite to use on any marketing materials, the photos and videos of holidaymakers and their family which could be taken during their stay for advertising needs of the campsite. For persons who disagree with this right of publicity are asked to submit it to the reception desk.
Image rights. During your stay, you may find that we are taking photographs and/or videos at the campsite. These photographs and videos, which may feature you or other members of your party, may be used in our activities or for publicity purposes. When you complete your booking, we will assume that you are giving us your consent to use any such photographs or videos on which you may appear for the purposes stated above. We will also assume that you are giving this consent on behalf of the other members of your party. Any specific refusal of consent must be notified to us by email or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Image rights. Any photo taken on the campsite can be used for our communication. If you or your children do not want this, please let us know.
