Technical prerequisites for the Advertisement. The Customer must comply with the technical prerequisites provided by Cdiscount Advertising and must communicate the technical elements to Cdiscount Advertising within the indicated time periods. The Customer will be solely responsible if the prerequisites and/or the time periods are not complied with, or for any errors or omissions in the dissemination of the Advertisement. Finally, in order to guarantee the best possible dissemination quality, Cdiscount Advertising may ask the Customer for new technical elements during the advertising Campaign.
