Common use of WITHDRAWAL Clause in Contracts

WITHDRAWAL. In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 of the French consumer legislation for public auctions, customers do not benefit from a right of withdrawal in remote digital public auctions of works of art. Each bid made and each winning bid are final and binding on the customer concerned and is excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal. Successful bidders who refuse to pay the hammer price and associated charges might be subject to legal proceedings and might also be refused any subsequent purchase instructions in any public auctions organised by Artcurial SAS.
