Your stay. ➢ Handover of keys ➢ Arrival time from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. ➢ Departure time 10 am maximum We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences depending on availability at the campsite on the date you arrive but cannot guarantee you a specific touring pitch or rental unit. If you have any complaints about the cleanliness or general state of your rental unit, you should inform us within 24 hours of your arrival so that we can take the necessary action. We will not be able to act on complaints received after this 24-hour period. We will have cleaned your accommodation before you arrive and you must leave it in the state in which you found it. If you fail to do this, we reserve the right to deduct cleaning costs from your security deposit as set out in section 1 of these Terms and Conditions. ➢ Late arrival/early departure If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates specified on your booking confirmation, you will still have to pay for all of your stay. You will not be able to claim a refund for any time you do not spend at the campsite. ➢ Pets ➢ Pets are not permitted in rentals on our campsite. We are happy to accept dogs on site with the exception of category 1 dogs (also known as ‘attack dogs’) and category 2 dogs (also known as ‘guard and defence dogs’) within the meaning of French Law No. 99-5 of 6 January 1999. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when on site. Please respect the campsite by cleaning up after your pets. When you arrive on site, you will be asked to present your pet’s health passport including evidence of any mandatory vaccinations, in particular an anti-rabies vaccination. You must also be able to show us your pet’s microchip or tattoo certificate and a third-party liability insurance certificate ➢ Campsite rules Throughout your stay at the campsite you must follow the campsite rules. You will find a copy of these rules on display at reception but we would be pleased to email you a copy of them if you wish. ➢ Image rights You may find that we take photographs and/or videos on the campsite for activity and/or publicity purposes during your stay. These photos/videos may show you or the other people in your party. When you pay the balance of the price of your stay, we assume that you are also giving us your consent to use any photos and/or videos in which you or the other people in your party appear for the purposes set out above and for a period of 5 years. Your stay. ➢ Handover of keys Rentals: arrivals are from 4 p.m. Departures are before 10 am. Bare pitches: arrivals from 2pm and departures at 12pm.
Your stay. ➢ Handover of keys The bare pitches are available from 2pm and must be vacated before 12 midday. Your rental are available from 4pm and must be vacated before 10am.
Your stay. It is up to campers to ensure they have insurance: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings (bicycles etc.). The campsite declines any responsibility in the case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc… and in the event of incidents concerning tenant civil liability. The campsite can’t be held responsible in case of accident, injury, irregularities. You are on the campsite on your own risk. All customers must adhere to the campsite rules. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted on pitches and rental accommodation. Gas or electric barbecues / plancha are permitted. Each named tenant is responsible for noise or disturbance caused by the people staying with him or by people who may visit him. By violation of the campsite rules, the management reserves the right to evict the customers of the campsite without refund. • As a hygienic measure only traditional bikinis, swim suits and shorts are allowed. Wristband is compulsory.

Handover of keys Please note that if you have expressed a preference for a particular pitch or rental unit we will do our best to accommodate your wishes but cannot guarantee to satisfy them. You are expected to leave your pitch or rental unit in the condition in which you found it. In particular, you are required to carry out the necessary cleaning before your departure. Late arrival/early departure If you arrive later or depart earlier than the dates indicated in your booking confirmation, you will nevertheless be charged the full price of your stay. No refunds will be made for nights on which your pitch/rental unit is booked but not occupied.
Your stay. Bare pitches are rented from 2 p.m. to noon the next day. Any early arrival or late departure will be subject to a supplement. ➢ Delivery of rental keys Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m., by appointment for the state places, except subscription of an option of early arrival or late departure. Schedules will then be specified in the booking confirmation letter. Any arrival outside reception opening hours must be announced in advance. In this case the balance of the stay and the security deposit must be paid before the date of arrival. Your wishes for a specific location or habitat on the campsite will not be satisfied only if our reception possibilities allow it on your arrival. Your accommodation must be restored to its original state when you leave, cleaning must in particular have been made there by you. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rentals.
