SECURITY DEPOSIT. The security deposit is paid to cover damage which may be occasioned to the rented property and to furnishings and other items in the rented property. It will be destroyed 15 days after the lessee’s departure after deduction of any items that have been replaced, any costs incurred in putting the property back in order, additional cleaning and the amount of utilities consumed. If the amount of the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to pay the additional sum.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. For accommodation rentals, the Client must pay a security deposit of €370 when the keys are handed over; this amount will be returned to the Client on the last day of the stay rental subject to a deduction to cover costs for damages. This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. As described in the specific terms, upon signature of the rental agreement, a security deposit of one month of rental fee is due to the lessor. The amount will be kept in order to pay for repairs consigned in the Inventory of the premises and furnitures upon departure. If there is not any repairs to be done, the deposit will be given back to the lessee at the latest one month after inventory, and if there is any repair the balance will be given back the latest 2 months after the inventory. If the lessor does not respect those terms, he will owe the lessee a supplement of 10% by month of delay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. The equipment supplied in the rental accommodation is subject to an inventory check. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the contents against the inventory upon their arrival and to inform the Reception before noon the following day of any missing or damaged items. A security deposit of a total of 250 € (170 € for the property and its contents, 60 € for unsatisfactory cleaning and 20 € for the loss of either the entrance gate badge or the chalet key) will be requested upon your arrival for each rental property. The security deposit is not banked and will be returned once the property and it’s contents have been checked at the end of the stay, minus any deductions for damage caused or missing items. The cleaning of the rental property is the responsibility of the client. At the end of the stay, the property will be inspected, and must be left in state of perfect cleanliness, both inside the property and the areas immediately outside. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 60€. The maximum number of people permitted in each rental property must be respected, regardless of the age of the children. Each supplementary person must be declared on arrival, and their presence will lead to a corresponding charge. We do not accept children (under the age of 18 years old) if they are not accompanied by their parents. Day visitors will have to pay the appropriate visitors charge. 6/DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL PROPERTIES : The plans and photos of the accommodation are given for illustrative purposes only. The layout and features of each room may vary from one model to another. Please refer to the descriptions of the chalets on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit of € 250 per accommodation will be requested upon arrival day. Cheques are not accepted. The security deposit shall be refunded upon the day of departure, after the inventory of fixtures, provided there is no loss or damage to the accommodation and provided the accommodation is returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. If the customer cannot attend the inventory of fixtures, the security deposit shall be refunded by bank transfer or credit card, barring any loss, damage and/or provided the accommodation is returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. In the event of any loss or damage to the accommodation and/or if the accommodation is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness: - the damages, losses and/or cleaning shall be deducted from the deposit. - If they exceed the amount of the deposit, Customers shall forfeit their security deposit and the credit card on file shall be charged with the relevant amount. A detailed invoice of all charges shall be supplied.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. For rental accommodation, a security deposit of 200 euro to 700 euro depending on category of accommodation is requested upon entry into the rental to compensate for any deterioration, degradation; breakage, disappearance, or any other use. As well as abnormal use furniture or equipment. The retention of the security deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs are greater than the amount thereof. Expert fees, if any / or repair or replacement costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay, or at the latest eight (8) days after the customer’s departure, after deduction of the compensation retained, on supporting invoice, for any disorders noted by the inventory of fixtures. In the event of doubtfully cleanliness of the accommodation, a sum of fifty-five (55) euro will be retained from the security deposit for the restoration of the rental.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. For rentals: a deposit of 200€ will be required on handing over the keys. It includes the breakage of equipment and the cleanliness of the accommodation and will be returned to you on your departure, subject to no damage and the cleanliness of the cottage. If the cleaning has not been done properly by you, a sum corresponding to the price of the final cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. For camping pitches, a deposit of 20€ will be requested on arrival for the badge which allows access to the campsite by car.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. 15.1. RIA may require, in its discretion, and the Contractor shall, upon the request and specification of RIA, deliver to RIA a deposit as security for the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement (the “Deposit”).
15.2. For the duration of the Agreement, RIA shall maintain the Deposit until RIA releases it or uses it to offset any debt owed to RIA by the Contractor. If RIA releases the whole of the Deposit to the Contractor, the Contractor shall receive the amount originally deposited and the Contractor may receive, at RIA’s sole discretion, some or all of the interest (if any) earned on the Deposit. If RIA uses all or part of the Deposit (plus any interest granted to the Contractor) to offset any debt owed RIA by the Contractor, the Contractor shall receive only the balance left over, if any, after offsetting the Contractor’s debt.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. When the guest arrives at the premises a security deposit shall be paid to the owner, the amount of which is shown on the back of this contract document. After the inventory on the condition of the premises has been drawn up jointly at the time of departure, the deposit will be refunded less any deduction for the cost of repairs and/or replacements that were noted during the stay. In the case where there is a departure prior to the contract date or the scheduled time of departure whereby the owner or the owner’s representative cannot carry out an inventory check with the guest, the security deposit will be returned by the owner within a time period of less than one week.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. 5.1 As mentioned elsewhere in this Agreement, the Licensee shall furnish to Railway (in the manner and form acceptable to Railway) a Security Deposit for an amount equal to 10% (ten percent) of the Total License Fee for the entire duration of the License, 15 (fifteen) days prior to the Commencement of License.
5.2 Security Deposit shall be paid in the form of Bank Draft / Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) / Cash (deposited with Chief Cashier of the Railway). The said PBG shall given in format provided as Annexure IV, valid for the Term of the Agreement and a period extending 6 months beyond the Term of the Agreement. Railway agrees to discharge the Security Deposit within 90 days from the expiry of the aforementioned period after deduction/settlement of outstanding dues against the Licensee.
5.3 Not withstanding anything mentioned in this agreement, upon default or breach of obligations by the Licensee under the Agreement, Railway may at its sole discretion draw upon the Security Deposit to satisfy its claims against the Licensee by imposition of Penalties or otherwise, irrespective any other remedy under this Agreement.
