VARIOUS. Any damage or defect during the rental period must be promptly communicated to the landlord (Tel. 0000 000 000 00 00). Repairs must be made in agreement with the landlord. The lessor reserves the right to check the tenant's driving skills with a test. The lessee declares to have checked the condition of the hull at the time of delivery.
VARIOUS. Any modification or addition to the Contract must be accepted by both Parties. C1V Hosting will communicate to the Client at the e-mail address provided in place of execution of this Agreement. The Client will send all communications to C1V Hosting through the reserved area, or by registered letter to the physical address in Rome, Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx n. 681 Rome or by certified e-mail to the address x0xxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx. The Client undertakes to notify C1V Hosting, through a specific request for support to Customer Service, of any modification of his/her data relevant for billing purposes.
