Deadlines. All terms and deadlines provided for in this Plan shall be counted pursuant to the Brazilian Civil Code, excluding the day on which the deadline begins and including the day on which the deadline ends. Any deadlines referred to in this Plan (whether or not counted in Business Days) ending on a day that is not a Business Day, shall be automatically extended to the immediately following Business Day.
Deadlines. Unless otherwise provided for, all deadlines provided for in this decree-law are established as consecutive days, in compliance with the provisions of article 279 Code of Civil Procedure.
