Validity. This Agreement may be entered into in any number of counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Each counterpart may be executed by Parties and delivery of an executed counterpart of Agreement transmitted by facsimile transmission or in pdf format by way of electronic mail shall take effect as delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement. This Agreement can be concluded in writing, via e-mail or online via the Registration center of Service Provider. By clicking “Conclude contract” during online registration, Customer hereby accepts this Agreement, together with all exhibits attached hereto, which together shall constitute a valid and binding agreement between Customer and Service Provider, effective upon Effective Date. The individual carrying out online registration on Customer’s behalf represents and warrants that he or she has the requisite authority to agree to this Agreement on behalf of Customer and that this Agreement has been duly authorized by and on behalf of Customer and constitutes a legal, valid, and binding obligation of Customer. These Terms And Conditions, in combination with Agreement and all other Exhibits attached thereto, constitute the entire agreement between Parties with respect to the access and use of Platform by Customer. Unless otherwise expressly stated, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the clauses in these Terms And Conditions and the clauses in the various parts of Agreement and the other Exhibits, to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency, the clauses in the Terms And Conditions shall prevail over the clauses in Agreement and the other Exhibits. Service Provider may agree to create specific integrations and other specific data or provide other services to Customer, which shall be the subject of a separate written agreement between Parties.
