Common use of OBJECT Clause in Contracts

OBJECT. This insurance contract provides for indemnification, up to the guarantee amount fixed in the insurance policy for the damages caused by the policy holder due to breach of the obligations assumed regarding advance payment granted by the insured, which have not been settled as provided for in the principal contract for construction and duly expressed in the main purpose of this insurance policy, regardless of its completion.

OBJECT. This insurance contract provides for indemnification, up to the guarantee amount fixed in the insurance policy for the damages caused by the lack of performance within the agreed term of corrective measured indicated by the insured to the policy holder and necessary for the correction of any dysfunction taking place due to breach exclusive liability of the obligations assumed regarding advance payment granted by the insured, which have not been settled as provided for in the principal contract for construction and duly expressed in the main purpose of this insurance policy, regardless of its completionpolicy holder.

OBJECT. This insurance contract provides for indemnification, up to the guarantee amount fixed in the insurance policy for the damages caused by the lack of performance by the policy holder due to breach resulting from the payment obligations for the supply of the goods and services or similar obligations assumed regarding advance payment granted by the insured, which have not been settled as provided for in arising out from the principal contract for construction and duly expressed in the main purpose of this insurance policy, regardless of its completioncontract.

OBJECT. This insurance contract provides for indemnification, up to the guarantee amount fixed in the insurance policy for the damages caused by the lack of performance by the policy holder due regarding the obligations undertaken in the sales and purchase agreement related to breach building construction or autonomous units set constructions disposed during the performance of the obligations assumed regarding advance payment granted by the insured, which have not been settled as provided for work or in the principal contract for construction and duly expressed in the main purpose of this insurance policy, regardless of its completionexchange agreement.
