2Purpose. This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility will interconnect with, and operate in parallel with, the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System.
1. 3Scope of Interconnection Service The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection, subject to the requirements in Attachment 5.
2Purpose. A.2.1Information sharing between the Trust and third parties is vital to the provision of co-ordinated and seamless services to offenders and staff. The purpose of the ISA is to identify a clear framework for the safe and lawful exchange, and secure storage, of information that will be shared as a result of the provision of services by Name of Partner/Agency/Contractor.
2Purpose. 3.2. 1The Processor may not process the personal data for any other purpose than to fulfil the obligations of the Processor according to this Processing Agreement.
2Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement shall be to provide proper ambulance and fire protection for all persons and properties situated in the “United Seven Fire and Rescue Service District” (the “District”) as hereinafter described, by the joint and mutual cooperation of the Municipalities. By so cooperating, the Municipalities anticipate that the results of this Agreement will be:
(a) That greater protection against injury and fire losses in the Municipalities can be secured by this Agreement; and
(b) That a more efficient and effective rescue and firefighting organization can be promoted and maintained by the joint and mutual cooperation of the Municipalities.
2Purpose. This MOU sets out arrangements to promote effective communication, co-operation and co-ordination between the Safety Director and Victoria Police. This MOU documents the working relationship between the Parties for the purpose of recording an understanding of their common statutory powers and functions under Relevant Marine Safety Law. Specifically, this MOU sets out procedures and working arrangements to assist the Parties in relation to: the sharing of information and technology between the Parties; the protection of data collected and/or exchanged between the Parties in accordance with the requirements under the Privacy Legislation and the CLEDS Act; the coordination of concurrent enforcement activities under Relevant Marine Safety Law; investigations and prosecutions relating to alleged breaches of Relevant Marine Safety Law; the exercise of powers and the performance of functions of the Parties under Relevant Marine Safety Law; and communicating any legislative changes that may impact on the working relationship between the Parties.
1. 3Principles The Safety Director and Victoria Police each have separate and independent mandates and roles. While recognising each Party’s mandate and independent role, the Parties are committed to a constructive and co-operative relationship in the common pursuit of enhancing marine safety in the State of Victoria. The Parties to the MOU share a common vision, values and understanding of the scope of their individual obligations under this MOU.
2Purpose. (a) The purpose of the ECI Services is to:
(i) assist the Principal to determine whether or not to engage the Contractor to undertake the WUC;
(ii) allow the Contractor to provide constructability input into the BOD and to bring matters to the attention of the Principal which may affect the cost to the Principal in undertaking the Project; and
(iii) identify opportunities to minimise the cost to the Principal of undertaking the Project, without compromising the Principal's time, cost, performance and quality objectives.
(b) The Contractor will act as a consultant to the Principal and interface with the other Design Team members. The Contractor must work with the Design Team to develop the design and other relevant documentation from which the parties can agree on an ECI Baseline Price.
2Purpose. This trust is established for the long term benefit of Trustor's family, which at the creation of this trust consist of Trustor, [1], Trustor=s spouse, [4], and Trustor=s children, [5], [6], and [7]. This trust is also to benefit Trustor=s future children, grandchildren, and other descendants including those born subsequent to the date of this trust. The trust shall be a Utah asset protection trust established pursuant to UCA § 25-6-502, the assets of which are not subject to the claims of Trustor=s creditors, or the claims of any creditors of any beneficiary. This Trust has been established with a primary purpose of holding certain business interests, including limited liability company, and limited partnership interests including interests in ____, and stock in ___, Inc., and other investments. Trustee need not diversify the trust estate so long as any such asset is held, but may continue to hold such asset despite a lack of diversification and whether or not any such investment would meet the prudent investor standard for a fiduciary.
2Purpose. (a) The purpose of the Plan is to authorise Harm to ACH in accordance with the requirements of the ACH Act and aid in the management of any activities that might Harm ACH. As well as its statutory purpose, the Plan is intended to be an effective tool that will assist [Company] and act as a guide to [Company] and its management, employees and contractors, to effectively manage activities that may Harm ACH.
(b) Additionally, this Plan will act as a guide to [Company] in its management of the ACH values in the Project Area and to guide [Company] and assist it to avoid or minimise its impacts on ACH that would otherwise arise from the Project Operations as well as providing for the preservation, salvage and management of ACH materials.

2Purpose. As a part of the OAC’s effort to increase substance use treatment and support services statewide and to improve access, the OAC is funding at least one BHRN for each county and the 9 federally recognized tribes. All services provided through these networks, previously referred to as Addiction Recovery Centers (“ARCs”), now called BHRNs, must be evidence-informed, trauma informed, culturally and linguistically specific and responsive, person-centered and nonjudgmental.
