ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS o Identifies, assesses and remediates students who have problems in the area of oral communication. o Organizes identified students into instructional groups and provides an instructional program designed to minimize and/or correct their speech disorder. o Consults with teachers of students identified as having problems or oral communication regarding needs of such students. o Assists teachers in identifying and referring students who have possible speech disorders. o Consults with teachers of students with hearing impairments regarding needs of such students. o Provides information and counseling for students, parents and teachers regarding hearing impairments. o Facilitates meetings (i.e. IEP conferences, parent meetings, in-services, etc.) for the purpose of developing Speech and Language plans and/or providing information regarding students’ functional goals. o Plans own schedule and caseload, within resource restraints, to meet identified needs. o Provides information to parents relating to community services available for speech and hearing impaired students. o Evaluates and makes periodic reports of the personal adjustment and educational progress to parents and school personnel of each speech and/or hearing impaired student. o Maintains required site and district records and makes reports as directed. o Serves as resource person for Special Education and other Pupil Personnel Services. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS. An employee in this position is expected to perform the following essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. These examples are not an exhaustive list of the duties which the employee may be expected to perform. • Fill out daily work orders and/or other records using Township CMMS/Cityworks; • Perform tasks associated with the Township’s water meter reading program including collecting reads/re-reads and maintaining reading equipment; • Perform tasks associated with the Township’s water meter installation and change-out programs, including installing, replacing, maintaining and repairing water meters and associated remote registers/touchpads/radio transmitters; • Operate and exercise water valves including system and customer service valves; • Assist in the removal, installation and repair of water and sewer mains, structures, services, leads, valves and taps; • Perform routine manual labor such as digging holes, trenches, snow shoveling and loading/unloading trucks; • Locate, stake utilities and complete MISS DIG tickets using Township CMMS/Cityworks; • Operate and maintain fire hydrants; • Operate and maintain small hand and power tools and equipment; • Operate a pick-up truck/snow plow; • Operate Township Street Sweeper; • Assist in landscape and concrete restoration work; • Perform water quality sampling; • Assist in concrete (sidewalks, streets) and property drainage inspections; • Assist in inspecting and cleaning sanitary sewers; • Assist in supervising Contractors on job sites; • Perform general grounds keeping duties; • Perform preventive maintenance/check-ups on Township vehicles; • Volunteer for “on-call” stand-by on regular rotational basis; • Follow department “on call” stand-by procedures; procedures include being available during non-business hours including weekends on a semi-regular basis for emergency response; • Respond to customer problems/complaints; • Attend annual training and test at least once per year for the State S-4 water operator certification and put forth effort toward obtaining certification; • Receive stormwater compliance training on routine basis, as required under Township MS4 Permit; • Perform stormwater compliance inspections, as required by Township MS4 Permit;
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS. Respond and perform all the duties of the position of firefighter including, but not limited to; structural and Wildland fire suppression, ventilation, rescue, salvage, overhaul, extrication, emergency medical support, hazardous materials response/activities, and other related functions. Serves as primary responder as necessary. Respond to hazardous materials situations, determine and communicate strategy for dealing with the incident. Perform rescue efforts and determine tactics to use, ensure the safety of all rescue personnel and observers, participate in search parties, enter hazardous environments and administer appropriate techniques to accomplish rescue. Make and coordinate regular tours of the District to determine with best route to structural and Wildland areas; Take control of fire and other emergency situations directing all fire suppression, hazardous materials control, emergency rescue, and emergency medical activities according to District policies and procedures. Attends and participates in professional group meetings; stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the fields of fire science and emergency medicine, and training. Conduct analytical and operational studies and prepare recommendations and findings. Maintain records and prepare periodic, special, and technical reports relating to assigned areas of responsibility. Conducts detailed plan and permit reviews according to adopted IFC standard and local code. Coordinates and routinely works with municipal and county partners regarding development and fire code applicability. Manages and conducts routine business Life/Safety and Fire inspections on all businesses within the District. Manages and conducts code enforcement activities within the District. Manages the District Hazardous Materials Permit program. Manages the District Fire Prevention and Public Education Divisions. Serve as Duty Officer when assigned. Maintains ability to perform Fire Captain functions. Perform other related duties as assigned by District Fire Chief.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS. The transportation service provider will be managed in his day-to-day activities by Head of drivers /Fleet Officer, or as assigned by the line manager. - The transportation service provider will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and may be assigned duties on weekends, holidays, and after normal working hours if required subject to the Contractor’s discretion. - Eight Working hours a day, 5 days a week (any combination of 5 days including Fridays and Saturdays). - The transportation service provider will provide a vehicle(s) in roadworthy condition, and will regularly check engine, brakes, air condition, tires, etc. and repair or replace as needed. - Vehicles will be subject to regular inspection by MC. Mercy Corps reserves the right to reject any vehicle or service which does not meet its agreed specifications. - Where service is rejected due to a failure to meet project specifications, and/or where failure to ensure secure and safe transport results in MC’s rejection of the service, and/or any damage or loss occurring to the vehicle during the services, any financial cost will be borne solely by the Contractor. - MC will not be responsible for any damage, labor, service, or parts. - The Contractor will ensure that the vehicle is equipped with the following:
