Access to Subleased Premises. Sublandlord shall have free access to any Subleased Premises for the purpose of examining the same during business hours and for any other reasonable purpose, including, by way of example only and without limitation, in furtherance of the terms and provisions of the RSA; provided, however, Sublandlord shall not unreasonably interfere with the business of Subtenant in exercising such rights.

Access to Subleased Premises. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Sublease, Subtenant shall have the right to access to the Subleased Premises twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.
Access to Subleased Premises. Sec. 1501 — Tenant, and its agents or designees, shall have the right to enter upon the Subleased Premises at all reasonable hours to inspect the condition of the Subleased Premises and for any other lawful purpose. Tenant reserves the right to enter upon (a) two (2) days written notice, during business hours, to make any reasonable repairs or alterations to the Subleased Premises which Subtenant neglects or refuses or perform in breach of Subtenant’s repair obligations herein, or (b) without notice, in the event of an emergency.
Access to Subleased Premises. Sublandlord shall maintain the entry control system for the Building pursuant to the specifications more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto (the “Entry Control System”); and, prior to the Commencement Date, Sublandlord shall (at no cost or expense to Subtenant other than the actual cost [without xxxx-up] of access cards) configure such Entry Control System such that Subtenant shall have card controlled access to the Subleased Premises as noted above, and virtual/remote access to the Entry Control System including access to and control of the cameras and recording equipment pertaining to the Subleased Premises. Subtenant shall have access to the Subleased Premises on a 24/7 basis.
Access to Subleased Premises. Subtenant and its employees, visitors and invitees shall have primary access to the Subleased Premises (i) by means of the 3rd floor connecting bridge between the Subleased Premises and the 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, (xx) via the stairway from the side entrance to the Building (access card controlled), and (iii) for those requiring ADA access, via the elevator from the parking garage to the third floor of the Building (access card controlled). Subtenant shall have emergency ingress and egress to and from the Subleased Premises through the main entrance on the ground floor and by use of the elevators and main internal stairway serving the Building. Sublandlord shall maintain the entry control system for the Building pursuant to the specifications more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto (the “Entry Control System”); and, prior to the Early Access Date, Sublandlord shall (at no cost or expense to Subtenant other than the actual cost [without xxxx-up] of access cards) configure such Entry Control System such that Subtenant shall have card controlled access to the Subleased Premises as noted above, and virtual/remote access to the Entry Control System including access to and control of the cameras and recording equipment pertaining to the Subleased Premises and any common areas or common entryways shared by Subtenant and Sublandlord in the Building. Subtenant shall have access to the Subleased Premises on a 24/7 basis.
Access to Subleased Premises. Sublessor has the right of access to certain portions of the Subleased Premises as indicated on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit C. In order to maintain Sublessee's security and privacy, Sublessor shall, at its expense; expand its current key-card security system to include an electronic lock and secured card key swipe system at the location marked as Area " 3.2" on Exhibit C.
Access to Subleased Premises. Landlord and WMU shall have the right to enter upon the Subleased Premises at all reasonable hours and upon reasonable notice for the purpose of inspecting the Subleased Premises.

Access to Subleased Premises. Sublessor or its authorized agents shall have the right to enter the Subleased Premises at any and all reasonable times following reasonable advance oral notice, to inspect the Subleased Premises, show the Subleased Premises to prospective purchasers or lessees, and/or alter, improve or repair the Subleased Premises or any other portion of the Premises. Sublessee shall not change Sublessor’s lock system or in any other manner prohibit Sublessor from entering the Subleased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sublessor shall have the right to enter the Subleased Premises and to use any and all lawful means which Sublessor may deem appropriate to open any door in any event which Sublessor in its reasonable discretion deems an emergency without liability therefor. Sublessor agrees that in exercising any right to enter the Subleased Premises and in exercising any other rights reserved pursuant to this Paragraph 35, Sublessor shall use reasonable efforts to minimize any interference with Sublessee’s use of the Premises.
Access to Subleased Premises. Tenant shall have access to the Subleased Premises twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, subject to the terms, provisions, and conditions of this Agreement and the Lease, and subject to any interruption due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Sublessor or Landlord. In furtherance of the foregoing, Tenant shall electronic access to the Subleased Premises (to the extent the Subleased Premises are served by an electronic access control system as of the Commencement Date) and the Building. Sublessor shall provide Tenant with the contact information for Landlord’s representative to coordinate the initial procurement of Card Keys (as defined in the Lease) for all employees of Tenant. Any lost or additional Card Keys shall be at the cost of Tenant, at Landlord’s prevailing rate, currently $30.00.
Access to Subleased Premises. Sublandlord hereby agrees to grant access to the Subleased Premises as of the date of execution of this Sublease for the purposes of Subtenant preparing for (but not initiating) commencement of Subtenant’s Work (as defined below), which work shall not commence until Sublandlord and Prime Landlord approve the plans and specifications for Subtenant’s Work as required under the Prime Lease and this Sublease. The period of occupancy prior to approval of the plans and specifications (the “Early Access Period”) shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Sublease. If Prime Landlord has not approved Subtenant’s plans and specifications by the Sunset Date (as defined below), Subtenant shall, within five (5) days after the Sunset Date, vacate and restore the Subleased Premises and deliver the same to Sublandlord in its condition at the time Subtenant’s entry hereunder.
