Access to Venue. The Venue Proprietor will reserve exclusive access for the Promoter to the Venue for the purposes of get-in from [ ]hs to [ ]hs on [ ] (“Get In Date”). The Venue Proprietor will reserve exclusive access for the Promoter to the Venue for the purposes of get-out from [ ]hs to [ ]hs on [ ] (“Get Out Date”). The Promoter is expected to ensure that all Production personnel finish working at and vacate the Venue no later than 23.00hs each evening on which a performance of the Production takes place.
Access to Venue. 1. The Purchaser or a qualified representative of the Purchaser with full decision making power, must be in the hall and accessible and available at the time and during all phases of load-in, set-up, sound check, load-out and departure. 2. In all venues, parking close to dressing room areas must be provided. Parking spaces must be provided adjacent to the stage door for one (1) van and two (2) limousines. If in the event the Artist's entourage must use parking lot facilities, Purchaser is responsible for incurred expenses. 3. Artists and accompanying personnel should be able to pass freely to and from the backstage area and all other areas of the hall. Purchaser shall provide all passes at no cost to the Artist. 4. Artist shall be entitled to at least one (1) hour rehearsal and/or sound check time at the venue on the date of performance and the Purchaser shall ensure access to the venue for this purpose no less than four (4) hours prior to public admittance to the venue. The audience shall not be allowed to enter the venue until such time that the technical set-up and sound check are complete. Artist shall receive no less than one (1) hour sound check after all technical set-up has been completed.
Access to Venue. The WPMC has an obligation to all personnel and visitors to protect their health and safety whilst on site. In addition, as Organizer, contractors or individuals accessing the site, there is a reciprocal obligation to ensure that work activities do not endanger the safety of workers or others. The Organizer shall be responsible in ensuring all persons entering the WPMC premises including but not limited to its contractors, workers, participants and spectators to comply with access control measures. The Organizer shall be responsible for all persons undertaking work at the WPMC in that they must comply with the following requirements: • Access control instructions issued by the WPMC Security Command Center; • All contractors are responsible for their sub-contractor and employees’ access.
Access to Venue. CLIENT’S access to venue will be restricted to 3 visits/consultations, including initial tour. This access includes caterers, event rental, wedding planner, family of the bride or groom etc. Additional visits/consultations will be at a $25/hour price, to be paid via check at the time of the meeting. Delivery/setup for the event outside of agreed upon time must be negotiated by CLIENT at De Tierra Event’s discretion.

If load-in area is a soft deck (gravel, lawn, sand, etc.), purchaser will provide a plywood walkway 1" thick x 36" wide the entire length of such soft deck. Lights in the loading and stage areas shall remain ON until load-in/out is complete Purchaser will provide parking, as close to the stage as possible, for up to four vehicles at no cost to FASHION BOMB. A minimum of 12’ overhead clearance is required. Loaders, technicians, and sound/light personnel will work under the direction of FASHION BOMB's crew. Lack of cooperation and nonprofessional attitudes will not be tolerated. Purchaser is responsible for procurement of any required union loaders, and/or technicians, and their compensation due, when required. FASHION BOMB and their accompanying personnel shall be allowed COMPLETE ACCESS to stage, backstage, and performance areas. If necessary, Purchaser will provide back stage passes, badges, or other identification to allow access.
Access to Venue. (a) The Exhibitor will not be allowed access to the Venue unless all Booking Fees and Additional Charges have been paid and anything required under this Agreement or the Rule(s) has been provided to the Event Organiser. (b) CIAWA reserves the right to refuse any person admission to the Event without giving a reason. (c) It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure that passes, which are supplied to Exhibitor staff are not misused or lent to other persons. Staff issued with an exhibitor pass must present the pass at the gate to gain entry and wear the pass at all times when present at the Event.

Access to Venue. 8.1. Premises may only be occupied during the times specified in the ‘Venue Hire Application Form’. If the hirer occupies the hire venue either before or after the agreed hire time noted on their application form, additional hire time will be charged accordingly (refer to 13. Schedule of Additional Charges).‌ 8.2. Set up and cleaning/pack up time must be included within the entry time and exit time stated on the ‘Venue Hire Application Form’. 8.3. If The Hub has been hired until 7.00pm the hirer must ensure that the premises are vacated no later than 7.00pm. 8.4. All goods and equipment provided by the hirer (including music equipment, decorations, leftover food/drink etc) must be removed from the premises within the hire time period or additional charges will apply (refer to 13. Schedule of Additional Charges).
Access to Venue. 1. The venue, stage, sound wings and truck loading dock must be available at a load-in time set by ARTIST'S Production Manager. 2. Parking will be furnished at no cost to ARTIST. Said parking shall be available at the stage entrance for two (2) mini vans or sedans and one (1) equipment truck forty (40) feet long. Parking spaces shall be blocked off in the afternoon and shall be reserved for ARTIST'S exclusive use until ARTIST and ARTIST'S crew's departure, following the conclusion of ARTIST'S performance. 3. BUYER shall provide all access passes to ARTIST'S Production Manager or Tour Manager and/or honor ARTIST'S passes, to enable ARTIST and accompanying personnel to pass freely to and from the backstage area and all other areas of the venue.
