Quality Data. Seller will provide, upon Buyer’s written request during the term of their foundry relationship, Seller’s available reliability and quality data regarding Products produced for Buyer for the purpose of maintaining consistent quality and reliability standards for such Products.
Quality Data. Carrier shall provide quality data as required of QP Issuers by State and federal laws and regulations, including COMAR 14.35.15.05K, 14.35.15.09A, 14.35.17.03C, and 14.35.17.05, the Carrier Reference Manual, and the Annual Letter to Issuers.
Quality Data. On a periodic basis, Continental shall deliver to Aurora a report of quality data and metrics, which shall be further identified in each of the Development Plans for the applicable [HW Gen] Components, as requested by Xxxxxx. Continental’s certification and test results will be provided to Aurora upon request, and will be retained by Continental for a ten (10) year period after delivery of the relevant [HW Gen] Components, unless the retention period specified in the engineering specifications and/or drawings, referenced industry standards or regulations is longer.
Quality Data. Company shall provide Motorola access to quality data for the purpose of measuring and evaluating Company's continuous process improvement. Company shall also participate in periodic quality reviews to discuss product roadmaps and to conduct operation reviews.
Quality Data. 7.2.1 Lot Data: Particle and flatness data for each lot shall be sent electronically to Peregrine at the time the lot is shipped from the supplier.
Quality Data. Carrier shall provide quality data as specified by the MHBE applicable to QP issuers and as stated in State and federal laws and regulations, and the Carrier Reference Manual and MHBE Interim Procedures.
a. Carrier is required to participate in the Maryland Health Care Commission’s (MHCC) quality reporting process described in the Carrier Reference Manual.
b. Carrier must adhere to requirements of the MHCC and complete the Maryland RELICC Assessment as described in the Carrier Reference Manual, and set forth in Insurance Article §31-119(d)(2)(iii), Annotated Code of Maryland.
c. Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement, or the Carrier Reference Manual and MHBE Interim Procedures, the requirements applicable to QPs under the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange Act also shall apply to Qualified Dental Plans.
Quality Data. Monthly Quality Data should be supplied for each of the inspection processes as defined below: • Assembly Final Test (if applicable) • Test (Prior to Aging) • Outgoing Inspection The following is the data required from each process: • Failure (DPPM) trend chart • Pareto of top 5 failures (4 week rolling graph) • Root Cause & Corrective Action Summary required for the top 3 failures (detail not required)
Quality Data. Winbond agrees to provide the following information relating to the quality or reliability of the Products and the quality systems used to guarantee these standards. Reference documents clarifying Infineon’s requirements and internal methods shall be agreed between the Winbond and Infineon and then included in Annex 4.
a. Winbond agrees to provide reliability data which demonstrates the ability of all Products to meet Infineon’s reliability criteria (test programs), Winbond agrees to provide free of charge support for necessary not cause analysis. Any exceptions to these criteria will be reviewed on a product-by-product basis. Infineon shall have the right to use data that is protected under a non-disclosure agreement for the purposes of preparing sales and promotional information for her customers, Winbond’s reliability testing methods and conditions shall be subject to the review and approval of Infineon.
b. Winbond agrees that all Products shall meet Infineon’s quality requirements to be referenced in Annex 4. Infineon may review Winbond’s quality measurement and control systems upon reasonable request.
c. Winbond agrees to maintain reasonable documentation regarding all Products sold to Infineon for ten (10) years after shipment. All Products shall be traceable based on the top side date code. Full history shall include applicable Wafer fab process recipes, quality control data, process deviation notes and probe data as well as assembly records and deviations, burn-in conditions, and final test data.
d. Winbond agrees to participate in regular quality system reviews for all Products purchased by Infineon. The details of such reviews shall be provided to Winbond by Infineon at least one month in advance.
e. Winbond agrees to provide timely failure analysis on Products that are beyond Infineon’s analysis capability or which are returned for the purposes of feedback and correlation. Infineon agrees to provide timely failure analysis due to Winbond for the purposes of feedback and correlation.
Quality Data. Supplier will provide, upon written request during the term of this Agreement, reliability and quality data regarding Products produced for Buyer for the purpose of maintaining consistent quality and reliability standards for such Products.
Quality Data. 10.1 JV agrees to provide all information relating to the quality or reliability of the Products and the quality systems used to guarantee these standards as foreseen by the rules and regulations of the Frontend Fab Cluster as referred to in the KHTA.
10.2 JV agrees to maintain reasonable documentation regarding ell Products sold to the Buyers’ for 10 years after shipment. All Products shall be traceable based on wafer lot number. Full history shall include applicable wafer fab process recipes, quality control data, process deviation notes and probe data.
10.3 JV agrees to participate in regular quality system reviews for all Products purchased by the Buyers. The details of such reviews shall be provided to JV by the Buyers at least one month in advance.
10.4 JV agrees to provide timely failure analysis on Products that are beyond the Buyers’ analysis capability or which are returned for the purposes of feedback and correlation.
10.5 Each Buyer may review JV’s quality measurement and control systems upon reasonable advance notice.
