ACCOMMODATION OF OTHER AIRLINES. 1. Promptly upon request from MAC, AIRLINE shall provide MAC with a copy of its public schedule on file with the FAA and a gate plot showing all times when its aircraft are scheduled to be utilizing each gate within AIRLINE’s Preferential Use Space (“Preferential Use Gates”) or Common Use Space (“Common Use Gates”) including aircraft type, projected arrival and departure times, and point of origin or destination, including activities by subtenants or airlines being accommodated. 2. In furtherance of the public interest of having the Airport’s capacity fully and more effectively utilized, it is recognized by AIRLINE and MAC that from time to time during the Term of this Agreement it may become necessary for the AIRLINE to accommodate another Airline within its Premises or for MAC, acting reasonably and in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, unilaterally to require AIRLINE to accommodate another Airline(s) within AIRLINE’s Premises as required for the following: a. To comply with any applicable rule, regulation, order or statute of any governmental entity that has jurisdiction over MAC, and to comply with federal grant assurances applicable to MAC. b. To implement a Capital Project at the Airport.
ACCOMMODATION OF OTHER AIRLINES. ‌ It is recognized by Airline and the Port that, from time to time during the Term of this Agreement, it may become necessary for the Airline to voluntarily accommodate another Air Carrier within its Premises, or for the Port unilaterally to require Airline to accommodate another Air Carrier within Airline's Premises in furtherance of the public interest of having the Airport's capacity fully and more effectively utilized, as follows: (a) To comply with any applicable rule, regulation, order or statute of any governmental entity that has jurisdiction over the Port, and to comply with federal grant assurances applicable to the Port. (b) To implement a Capital Improvement at the Airport. (c) To facilitate the providing of new or additional air services at the Airport by a requesting Air Carrier when no Airline serving the Airport is willing to accommodate the requesting Air Carrier's operational needs or requirements for facilities at reasonable costs or on other reasonable terms.

To comply with any applicable rule, regulation, order or statute of any governmental entity that has jurisdiction over MAC, and to comply with federal grant assurances applicable to MAC. b. To implement a Capital Project at the Airport. c. To facilitate the providing of new or additional air services at the Airport by a Requesting Airline when no Airline serving the Airport is willing to accommodate the Requesting Airline’s operational needs or requirements for facilities at reasonable costs or on other reasonable terms.
ACCOMMODATION OF OTHER AIRLINES. If a scheduled air carrier not now serving the Airport wishes to initiate Scheduled Air Carrier service to the Airport, and such air carrier has a requirement for preferential leased space such as is provided to Airline pursuant to Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and Authority has insufficient space to offer for lease to such air carrier, then Authority shall in writing request Airline, and all other air carriers having substantially similar agreements with Authority, to accommodate such other air carrier, either individually or jointly. Such accommodation may consist of an agreement between Airline and such other air carrier whereby; a) Airline will handle the operations of such carrier, or; b) Airline will share its preferential Leased Premise, as defined in Section 2.01 of this Agreement, with such other carrier. If the reasonable requirements of such other carrier are not met in the foregoing manner within thirty (30) days of such request of Authority to Airline, then Authority shall have the right to direct any airline having substantially similar preferential leased space at the Airport to share its preferential leased space with such other carrier, in accordance with the following criterion. For each Airline occupying similar preferential leased space at the Airport, the number of revenue passengers carried by such airline and any other carrier it handles at its preferential leased space or with which it shares its preferential leased space during the previous six (6) months shall be divided by the number of linear feet of ticket counter space preferentially leased by such airline. The airline having the lowest quotient shall be required to share so much of its preferential leased space with such other air carrier as shall be necessary to accommodate the reasonable requirements of such other carrier, but in no event more than one-half of its preferential leased space.

  • Accommodations Clean accommodations will be provided for employees to have their meals and keep their clothes.

  • Termination of Other Agreements This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the Option and Option Shares, and supercedes all prior arrangements or understandings among the parties regarding such matters.

  • Manager’s Use of the Services of Others The Manager may (at its cost except as contemplated by Paragraph 4 of this Agreement) employ, retain or otherwise avail itself of the services or facilities of other persons or organizations for the purpose of providing the Manager or the Corporation or Fund, as appropriate, with such statistical and other factual information, such advice regarding economic factors and trends, such advice as to occasional transactions in specific securities or such other information, advice or assistance as the Manager may deem necessary, appropriate or convenient for the discharge of its obligations hereunder or otherwise helpful to the Corporation or Fund, as appropriate, or in the discharge of Manager's overall responsibilities with respect to the other accounts which it serves as investment manager.

  • Meals Meals charged to the School District should represent mid-fare selections for the hotel/meeting facility or general area, consistent with the maximum allowable reimbursement amount set by the Board. Tips are included with meal charges. Expense forms must explain the meal charges incurred. Alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.

  • Accounting and Other Administrative Services (a) Provide the day-to-day management of the Company and perform and supervise the various administrative functions reasonably necessary for the management of the Company; (b) From time to time, or at any time reasonably requested by the Board, make reports to the Board on the Advisor’s performance of services to the Company under this Agreement; (c) Make reports to the Conflicts Committee each quarter of the investments that have been made by other programs sponsored by the Advisor or any of its Affiliates, including KBS Realty Advisors LLC, as well as any investments that have been made by the Advisor or any of its Affiliates directly; (d) Provide or arrange for any administrative services and items, legal and other services, office space, office furnishings, personnel and other overhead items necessary and incidental to the Company’s business and operations; (e) Provide financial and operational planning services; (f) Maintain accounting and other record-keeping functions at the Company and investment levels, including information concerning the activities of the Company as shall be required to prepare and to file all periodic financial reports, tax returns and any other information required to be filed with the SEC, the Internal Revenue Service and any other regulatory agency; (g) Maintain and preserve all appropriate books and records of the Company; (h) Provide tax and compliance services and coordinate with appropriate third parties, including the Company’s independent auditors and other consultants, on related tax matters; (i) Provide the Company with all necessary cash management services; (j) Manage and coordinate with the transfer agent the dividend process and payments to Stockholders; (k) Consult with the Company’s officers and the Board and assist the Board in evaluating and obtaining adequate insurance coverage based upon risk management determinations; (l) Provide the Company’s officers and the Board with timely updates related to the overall regulatory environment affecting the Company, as well as managing compliance with such matters, including but not limited to compliance with the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002; (m) Consult with the Company’s officers and the Board relating to the corporate governance structure and appropriate policies and procedures related thereto; (n) Perform all reporting, record keeping, internal controls and similar matters in a manner to allow the Company to comply with applicable law, including federal and state securities laws and the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002; (o) Notify the Board of all proposed material transactions before they are completed; and (p) Do all things necessary to assure its ability to render the services described in this Agreement.

  • Accommodations of Spiritual or Cultural Observances Where an employee observes a cultural/spiritual day other than those listed above, the employee shall submit their request in January of each year for the twelve (12) month period following March 1st, identifying the required date they need off.

  • Accommodation The Parents and Student agree that no changes to accommodation arrangements will be made without the prior written agreement of the School.

  • DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS State does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities. Individuals who need aids, alternative document formats, or services for effective communications or other disability related accommodations in the programs and services offered are invited to make their needs and preferences known to this office. Interested parties should provide as much advance notice as possible.

  • Performance of Other Agreements Borrower shall observe and perform each and every term to be observed or performed by it pursuant to the terms of any agreement or instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property, including the Loan Documents.

  • Relation to other International Agreements 1. The Parties affirm their existing rights and obligations with respect to each other under the WTO Agreement and any other agreements related to trade to which the Parties are party (1). 2. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement to which the Parties are party, the Parties shall immediately consult with each other with a view to finding a mutually satisfactory solution in accordance with rules of interpretation of public international law. 3. If any provision of the WTO Agreement that the Parties have been incorporated to this Agreement is amended and accepted by the Parties at the WTO, such amendment shall be deemed incorporated automatically to this Agreement. (1) The agreements mentioned in paragraph 1 shall include treaties, conventions, agreements, protocols, and memorandums of understanding entered into by the Parties or government agencies of the Parties.
