Common use of Accrual of Annual Leave Clause in Contracts

Accrual of Annual Leave. (a) An employee shall accrue an amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/13 of the number of ordinary hours worked by the employee for the employer during that 4 week period. (b) Annual leave shall accrue on a pro-rata basis and be credited to the employee monthly.

Accrual of Annual Leave. (a) An employee shall accrue an amount at the end of paid annual leave, for each completed 4 week period year of continuous service with the employer, of 1/13 of the number of ordinary hours worked employment by the employee for the employer during that 4 week periodbecome entitled to four (4) weeks annual leave at ordinary pay.
