Annual Leave Accrual Rate. Employees shall accumulate annual leave at the following accrual rate. The basis for computation shall be 173.33 hours per month, exclusive of overtime. Accruals of leave for partial days or partial months worked shall be calculated on a proportional basis.
A. Employees hired prior to July 1, 2004: 24 hours per month (.13846/hr)
B. Employees hired after June 30, 2004: R0 up to three years 14 hours per month (.08077/hr) After three full years of continuous service 18 hours per month (.10385/hr) After five full years of continuous service 22 hours per month (.12693/hr) After eight full years of continuous service 24 hours per month (.13846/hr) There shall be no forced leave.
Annual Leave Accrual Rate. 1. Full-time employees hired prior to July 1, 1991, shall accrue annual leave at the following rate: 11+ years of service - 12.5 hours per pay period
2. Beginning the first full pay period on or after Assembly approval, full-time employees hired after June 30, 1991, shall accrue leave at the following rates: 0 – 2 years of service - 6.15 hours per pay period 3 – 5 years of service - 6.77 hours per pay period 6 – 10 years of service - 9.23 hours per pay period 11 + years of service - 11.85 hours per pay period 20+ years of service - 12.5 hours per pay period
3. If an employee is in a paid status for less than eighty (80) hours in a pay period, then the above accrual rates shall be pro-rated based on actual hours paid. If any change occurs in the length of the pay period, the accrual rate per pay period will be adjusted to result in the same annual accumulation rate as that stated above.
Annual Leave Accrual Rate. Accrual of paid annual leave shall be earned on the basis of regularly scheduled work hours on active pay status as is reflected in the following schedules:

A. Annual leave can be used in minimum increments of four (4) hours. To take annual leave, employees shall request advance approval from their supervisors. Vacation requests of two working days (16 hours) or less should be made as soon as possible, but not less than five (5) working days prior to the first day of vacation. All other request of sixteen

4.3.1.1.2 Full-time regular employees hired after July 1, 1991, shall accrue leave at the following rates:
a. Cashable Annual Leave
b. Non-Cashable Annual Leave
4.3.1.1.3 The above accrual rates are pro-rated based on actual hours paid in each pay period, excluding overtime.
4.3.1.1.4 Regular Part-Time employees accrue pro-rated leave based on the total straight time hours worked in the pay period in accordance with this article.
