Accrual of Annual Leave. (1) All employees, other than shiftworkers, are entitled to 4 weeks paid annual leave. (2) Shiftworkers are entitled to one additional week of annual Leave. (3) For the purposes of the NES a shiftworker is defined in Clause 8, Definitions. (4) The entitlement to paid annual leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the employee's ordinary hours of work, and accumulates from year to year.
