Accrual on Jury Duty. PTO accrual will continue for all hours off on jury duty 21 for which the employee is paid Jury Leave by the hospital. 23 Section 7. PTO Use. PTO may be used as soon as it is earned, including in the same 24 pay period. PTO may be requested in advance but shall not be used in advance with 25 an agreement to reimburse the Hospital and may not be used on regularly scheduled 26 days off. PTO may be utilized, at the nurse's option, to supplement work time lost due 27 to low census cancellation.

  • Accrual of interest Each Note (or in the case of the redemption of part only of a Note, that part only of such Note) will cease to bear interest (if any) from the date for its redemption unless payment of principal is improperly withheld or refused. In such event, interest will continue to accrue until whichever is the earlier of:

An employee requiredto servejury duty shall be paid the difference betweenwhat he would have earned for his scheduled hours, (without taking into account any shift premium or the like) and the fees received pursuant to the performance of jury duty. This will be affected by the employee signing over hisjury fees less expense money received from the authorities for meals and lodging and the Employer will continue the regular salary payments. The employee is to notify his supervisor as soon as possible after receipt of notice of selection for jury duty. The employee will come to work during those regularly scheduled hours that he is not requiredto attend at court.

  • Accrual of Seniority Seniority shall accrue during:

  • Witness or Jury Duty Employees called to serve on juries or to obey a subpoena shall receive their regular salaries during such periods, less the fees received for such service provided the employee returns to work if they are released from jury duty prior to 1:00 p.m. An employee serving on a jury will not be assigned to work on evenings or weekends during such jury service.
