Common use of Accumulation of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accumulation of Sick Leave. 1. An Employee may accumulate the sick leave the Employee earns. The unused sick leave accumulated shall be credited to the Employee's account for subsequent use in the event of a sickness. Such unused sick leave may be accumulated without limitation. 2.
