Acknowledgement of Agreement. I acknowledge that I have read the Policies and Procedures of Donor Advised Funds and agree to its terms and/or conditions. I understand that upon acceptance of this agreement, I am making a gift to the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. I understand that the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago shall have exclusive legal control over all assets in the Fund created by this gift. I certify that all information in this application is accurate and I will notify the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago of any changes.
Acknowledgement of Agreement. The Commonwealth will attach the Agreement as a schedule to the A New Tax System (Commonwealth-State Financial Arrangements) Act 1999. The Commonwealth will use its best endeavours to ensure the Act will require compliance with the Agreement. The States and Territories will attach the Agreement as a schedule to relevant State and Territory legislation. The States and Territories will use their best endeavours to ensure their legislation will require compliance with the Agreement.
Acknowledgement of Agreement. The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the areas of collective bargaining and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this agreement. Therefore, the College and the Association for the life of this Agreement voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered by this Agreement and with respect to any subject or matter which was negotiated but no agreement was reached. Matters of common concern may be subject to negotiations during the period of this Agreement upon the request and mutual agreement of both parties.
Acknowledgement of Agreement. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the clinic policies described above. I have reviewed this sheet with a staff member, had all of my questions fully answered, and am being given a copy for my records.

In the event that it becomes necessary to invoke this language, the City agrees that it will take affirmative action to ensure that this Agreement is presented to any private sector entity successor and that any such successor accepts and executes this Agreement as a condition of its successorship.

(c) In any publications including the Artwork the Artist shall acknowledge the support of the Custodian with in the following format – Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx would like to acknowledge and thank all the custodians of his work, (the full list of Custodians)

As part of its obligations under this agreement, New Paltz BMX, Inc. agrees in the event that any concession activities at the premises are to be conducted by a privately owned concession operator, that New Paltz BMX, Inc. shall deliver to such privately owned concession operator a true and exact copy of the requirements of this agreement provided for in this section so as to provide notice of these requirements to such privately owned concession operator and shall deliver to the Town Clerk written acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms
