ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. (a) Lay-in acoustic tile ceilings, within Demised Premises, shall be 24” x 48” regressed white mineral fiber, textured panels with white recessed “T”- spline, as selected by Landlord with 2’ x 2’ Second Look Tile.
(b) Ceiling heights within Demised Premises to be nominal 9’-0”.(existing)
(c) Direction of ceiling-grid to be as determined by Landlord.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. (a) Lay-in acoustic tile ceilings, within the Premises, shall be 2’x4’ acoustical lay-in ceiling, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Second Look I (white) in 15/16” grid (white).
(b) Ceiling heights within the Premises to be nominal 9’-0” at typical floors.
(c) Direction of ceiling grid to be as determined by Landlord.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. A. 2’ - 0” x 2’ - 0” standard grid system with 5/8” non-directional fissured mineral board ceiling panels installed at 9’ a.f.f. with no insulation above ceiling grid.
B. Ceiling to be continuous over all interior partitions, except at toilet rooms.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. 2’ X 2’ x 9/16” ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Superfine XL 9/16” exposed tee system, finish: matte white, Steel T-bar grid system with wire suspension and seismic bracing per code.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. A. Ceiling grid to be ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ "Prelude XL" 15/16" exposed tee - 24" x 24" grid, white finish.
B. If LEED certification is required, provide product data for ceiling tiles documenting percentages of post-consumer and pre-consumer recycled content, and cost of materials. Provide product data on location of manufacture and of raw materials sources. Ceiling tiles at all areas to be ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ "Dune - Fine Texture" #1774 angled regular - 24" x 24" x 5/8" tiles.
C. Ceiling heights to be 9'-0" A.F.F. minimum, 12'-0" AFF preferred. Other ceiling heights require approval of Apollo Development.
D. An alternate open ceiling with a paint finish may be a design element in the project depending on shell building conditions, overall site HVAC design, and building covenants. Use of this option to be determined during the architectural diligence process.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. Ceilings shall be exposed 1" grid system with lay in ceiling board units. Units shall be 24" x 48", standard ceiling tile.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. Existing ceiling system will generally remain in place. Patch grid where necessary to place in good condition and replace ceiling tiles that display highly visible damage.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. Private Offices & Conference Rooms: Ceilings shall be 2” x 2” 3⁄4%” ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Ultima Tegular Fine Texture, Color: White. Glass-fiber based panels to be Type IV mineral based with membrane-faced overlay; form 2, water felted with vinyl overlay on face and back of panel. Performance characteristics to meet the following:
a. LR: Not less than 0.90.
b. NRC: Not less than 0.70. Acoustical panels are treated with manufacturer’s standard antimicrobial formulation that inhibits fungus, mold, mildew, and gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Suspension system: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Silhouette Narrow 9/16” with 1⁄4” reveal; Color: White. At Offices and Conference rooms: sound batt insulation shall be installed/laid-in above the grid ceiling system.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS. Private Offices & Conference Rooms: Ceilings will be 2” x 2” x ¾” ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ULTIMA TEGULAR FINE TEXTURE, COLOR: WHITE. GLASS-FIBER BASED PANELS TO BE TYPE IV MINERAL BASED WITH MEMBRANE-FACED OVERLAY; FORM 2, WATER FELTED WITH VINYL OVERLAY ON FACE AND BACK OF PANEL. PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS TO MEET THE FOLLOWING:
a. LR: Not less than 0.90.
