Addendum Purpose. This addendum contains the renewal rates and fees for the delivery of vended meals under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program for the period beginning July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2021. The terms and conditions of the original Base Year service agreement are applicable to this contract renewal.
Addendum Purpose. (name of housing) has elected to adopt a Smoke-Free Facilities Policy for all (name of housing) owned and operated rental facilities. A smoke-free policy is based on recognition of the scientific evidence of the dangers of secondhand smoke as stated by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Public Health Service’s National Toxicology Program and the 2006 U.S. Surgeon General’s report. In addition, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) has determined there is no filtration or ventilation system that can completely eliminate the carcinogens in secondhand smoke.
Addendum Purpose. 1.1. This is an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding agreed between the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (‘DLUHC’) and Royal Borough of Greenwich Council (‘the Council’) on 22 November 2023 (‘the MOU’) for delivery of the Local Authority Housing Fund - second funding round (‘LAHF R2’.)
1.2. This addendum outlines the agreement between DLUHC and the Council to amend the delivery target, total allocation and tranche payment allocations outlined in the MOU. This addendum should be read in conjunction with the MOU and does not make changes to any other agreements set out in the MOU.
1.3. This addendum is not intended to create legal or binding obligations. It describes the understanding between both parties with respect to charges made for accommodation provided pursuant to LAHF R2 grant funding.

Addendum Purpose. The purpose of this addendum is to extend contract for the allowable 2 years, with a new expiration date of August 31, 2022. This addendum will cover 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 School Years for both Special Education and ADA departments. This addendum allows for an annual combined total of $830,000, in conjunction with the associated fees outlined in Attachment B (Scope of Work) in original Contract TSD 16-006, inclusive of sales tax. The previous total value of the contract was $2,737,500.00. Adding $1,660,000.00 brings the total contract value since 2015 to $4,397,500.00
Addendum Purpose. This Addendum memorializes the agreement of the parties with respect to negotiated terms of the Contract that is being awarded Xxxxxxx Xxxxx International as of even date with execution of this Addendum. The parties agree that Supplier has not yet begun performance of work contemplated by the Solicitation.
