The Firm shall comply with all reasonable requests for information and documents, provided that such documents or information are not privileged or intended by an insured in a Third Party matter to be confidential. In such situations, Citizens must obtain the consent of the insured in the Third Party matter.

Associated Fees. Unless expressly set forth in the Agreement, the amounts due from Client for any of the services provided by Crunchsoft are exclusive of any charges, costs, fees, and expenses for: i. Any parts, equipment, or Hardware; ii. Any Software, licenses, software assurances, renewals, or upgrades; iii. Any shipping, handling, couriers, or postage; iv. Any third party vendor, OEM, or other manufacturer support or warranties; v. Any premise wiring services; vi. Training of any person in any context; vii. Travel, travel time, gas or gas mileage, per diem or accommodations, when applicable, when visiting Client offices or any other third party site on Client’s behalf; viii. Any non-information technology materials needed to provide services or requested by Client, including but not limited to office supplies or media; ix. Any type of service, repair, reconfiguration, maintenance or management occasioned or made necessary by the alteration of systems, devices, software or other resources, with or without administrative access to such resources, by anyone other than Crunchsoft personnel; x. Any change or service occasioned by acts or omissions by the Client's Affiliates, subcontractors, third party vendors, or any other third parties who may have or have had physical, logical or remote access to Client’s resources;
Associated Fees. FIRE DISTRICT shall collect and record as revenue fees associated with New Construction Plan Reviews, Fire Protection System Modification Reviews, Annual Fire Inspection Follow-up, and other inspections related to business licenses and development within City boundaries. FIRE DISTRICT and CITY shall meet annually to review fees collected. FIRE DISTRICT further agrees to reduce the CITY’s cost for FIRE DISTRICT services for the following fiscal year by 49% of the fees collected. Annual modification to the City’s cost for services shall be agreed upon and produced in writing as a signed Addenda to this agreement. Associated Fees. The fee is $34.00 for each transaction that overdraws your account, up to $136 per day (which equals four overdraft fees). We do not charge the $34.00 fee if, after all transactions presented to your account in any given day are paid, your account balance is overdrawn $5 or less. The $34.00 fee is listed in our Business Fee Schedule as “Overdraft items paid or returned”.   • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. Such proof shall be presented on or before November 1 of each school year. The Association shall have the right of inspection in order to review said proof of payment. 5.3.2 Any unit member making payments as set forth in sections 5.3 and 5.3.1, above, and who requests that the grievance or arbitration provisions of this Agreement be used on his or her behalf, shall be responsible for paying the reasonable cost of using said grievance or arbitration procedures. 5.4 With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to sections 5.1 and 5.2 above, whether for membership dues or agency fee, the District agrees to promptly remit such monies to the Association, accompanied by an alphabetical list of bargaining unit members for whom such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished. The Association agrees to furnish any information needed by the District to fulfill the provisions of this Article.

  • COMPENSATION; EXPENSES (a) In consideration of the foregoing, the Advisor shall pay the Sub-advisor, with respect to the Fund, a fee as specified in Appendix B hereto. The Sub-advisor shall, at its sole expense, employ or associate itself with such persons as it reasonably believe to be particularly fitted to assist it in the execution of its duties under the Agreement. Except as set forth in Appendix B, the Sub-advisor shall not be responsible for the Trust’s, the Fund’s or the Advisor’s expenses, including any extraordinary and non-recurring expenses.
