ADDITIONAL INSURED & CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. The Commercial General and Automobile Liability Insurance specified above shall provide that Xxxxxxx County Missouri and its agencies, officials, officers, and employees, while acting within the scope of their authority, will be named as additional insured for the services performed under this contract. A Certificate of Insurance shall be filed with the County’s Director of Finance and Purchasing within 10 calendar days of the date when requested or before commencement of the work that are acceptable to the Director that the insurance requirements have been satisfied. Should any of the required insurances be cancelled before the expiration date, a notice shall be filed with the County’s Director of Finance and Purchasing in accordance with policy provisions. In the case of multi-year, renewable, or extended term on the contract; Contractor must supply the Director with current Certificate(s) on any coverage mentioned above within Thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of coverage(s). The Director of Finance and Purchasing may request copies of the Contractor’s insurance policies for verification of coverage(s).

ADDITIONAL INSURED & CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. Lessee shall provide, prior to tenancy, evidence of the required insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance issued by a company (rated A+ or better) by Best Insurance Guide, licensed to do business in the state of Minnesota, which includes all coverage required in Paragraph 12. Lessee will name Lessor as an Additional Insured on the general liability and commercial automobile liability policies. The Certificate(s) shall also provide the coverage may not be canceled, non-renewed, or materially changed without thirty (30) days prior to written notice to Lessor. If there is cancellation, non-renewal, or change to the policy that is not in conformity with the requirements herein, it shall be considered a breach of this Lease and Lessor may terminate the same.
ADDITIONAL INSURED & CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. The Tenant shall provide evidence of the required insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance issued by a company mutually agreeable to both Landlord and Tenant, licensed to do business in the State of Minnesota, which includes all coverages required in this Section 12. Tenant will name Landlord as an Additional Insured on the Commercial General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability Policies but only to the extent allowed in Section 11, Defense and Indemnification, of this Sublease. The Certificate shall also provide that the coverage may not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord.
ADDITIONAL INSURED & CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. Tenant shall provide, within 90 days of full execution of this Amendment, evidence of the required insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance issued by a company (rated A- VII or better) by Best Insurance Guide, licensed, authorized or permitted to do business in the state of Minnesota, which includes all coverages required in this Paragraph 10. Tenants will include Landlord as an Additional Insured as their interest may appear under this agreement on the General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability Policies. Upon receipt of notice from its insurer(s), Tenant will provide the Landlord with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of cancellation, non- renewal, or material alteration of any required coverage. Tenant shall provide evidence of the maintenance of the required insurance to Landlord, on an annual basis. Failure to maintain all of the insurance policies required by this Paragraph 10 shall amount to a material breach of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease and shall empower Landlord to terminate the Lease immediately and without cost to Landlord.
ADDITIONAL INSURED & CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. The LICENSEE shall provide, prior to tenancy, evidence of the required insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance issued by a company (having an A.M Best rating of at least A-VII or better), licensed to do business in the State of North Dakota, which includes all coverage required in this Section. LICENSEE will include the LICENSOR as an Additional Insured as their interest may appear under this Agreement on the General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability Policies, and Excess/Umbrella Liability coverage.

Tenant shall name Landlord and the Board as Additional Insureds on the Commercial General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability Policies, but only to the extent allowed in Section 10, Defense and Indemnification, of this Sublease. The Certificate(s) shall also provide the coverage may not be canceled, non-renewed or materially changed without thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord.

Tenant will name Landlord as an Additional Insured on the Commercial General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability Policies but only to the extent allowed in Section 9, Defense and Indemnification, of this Lease. The policies shall be endorsed to provide at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord, except for non-payment of premium. Any coverage that is canceled shall be replaced before the cancellation date. A certificate of insurance referencing the replacement coverage must be provided.

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.

  • Certificate of Insurance/Endorsements A certificate of insurance from an insurer with a Best's rating of no less than A- indicating compliance with the required coverages has been received by State Procurement Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000-0000. The certificates must name the State of Montana as certificate holder and Contractor shall provide copies of additional insured endorsements required by Contractor’s commercial general liability and automobile liability policies. Contractor must notify State immediately of any material change in insurance coverage, such as changes in limits, coverages, change in status of policy, etc. State reserves the right to require complete copies of insurance policies at all times.

  • Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.

  • Additional Insured Endorsement An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City to evidence the endorsement of the City as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection 1) above.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Additional Insured Endorsements An original Additional Insured Endorsement, signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City of Sparks, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the City of Sparks as additional insured.

  • Optional Insurance Landlord may maintain such additional insurance with respect to the Building and the Complex, including, without limitation, earthquake insurance, terrorism insurance, flood insurance, liability insurance and/or rent insurance, as Landlord may in its sole discretion elect. Landlord may also maintain such other insurance as may from time to time be required by the holder of any mortgage on the Building or Property. The cost of all such additional insurance shall also be part of the Landlord’s Operating Expenses.
