QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. The County may make such reasonable investigations as deemed proper and necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work and the bidder shall furnish to the County all such information and data for this purpose, as may be requested. The County reserves the right to inspect bidder's physical plant prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the bidder's capabilities. The County further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by or investigations of such bidder fails to satisfy the County that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated herein.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. The Commonwealth may make such reasonable investigations as deemed proper and necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the services/furnish the goods and the bidder shall furnish to the Commonwealth all such information and data for this purpose as may be requested. The Commonwealth reserves the right to inspect bidder’s physical facilities prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the bidder’s capabilities. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or reject any and all bids. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids which do not conform to the Proposal.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. At time of bid submission, all Bidders must currently possess an “A” Contractor’s License according to the laws of the State and legal jurisdiction of the place where the Work is located, and meet the qualifications stipulated hereinafter. All Subcontractors desiring to bid on the Work must possess a Contractor’s License within their individual specialties.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. Any person, firm, or corporation submitting a proposal shall be Processor's or the manufacturers authorized sales agent for each item quoted. Bidder must be engaged on a full time basis in the food service supply business. Only qualified companies will be allowed to offer proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. To demonstrate his/her qualifications for the project, each Bidder must be prepared to submit within five (5) days of the Township’s request, additional written evidence such as financial data, previous experience, equipment maintenance records, and evidence of authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the project is located.

Such information and data shall be submitted to the Owner within five days of receipt of the Owner’s written request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if evidence submitted by or investigation of such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work contemplated therein. Where local, state, or federal law requires the Contractor performing the work to be licensed, the Bidder shall be properly qualified according to said laws and shall furnish to the Owner such evidence of qualifications at the time the Bid is submitted.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. 2.01 Bidder shall be prepared to submit within five (5) days of Owner’s request, written evidence to demonstrate Xxxxxx’s qualifications to furnish the specified Goods and Special Services.

2.04 Submit a completed Vendor’s Compliance to State Law, Page 400-4.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. Each bid must be accompanied by statements and forms. The required documents are listed below:
A. OSHA Form No. 300 and a list of all citations which have become final or which were the subject of a settlement agreement, in the preceding three year period for:
(1) Willful violations, violations for failure to xxxxx, or repeated violations, for which the Bidder was cited by:
(a) the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration;
(b) the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Administration; or
(c) the occupational safety and health plan of any other state; and
(2) Serious construction safety violations for which the Bidder was cited by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration or the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Administration following a report or notification to the Bidder, his agent or employee of such hazard of potential violation by a Fauquier County inspector or by an Authority inspector. The Bidder may include a statement of any facts surrounding any citation or violation, which may be relevant, as well as a description of any safety measures or safety training programs instituted since the issuance of any citation or the occurrence of any violation. The Bidder shall certify by sworn affidavit that such list is complete.
B. Any additional information required to show that the Bidder can meet the basis of award found in Section 14 herein, and is adequately prepared to fulfill the requirements of the Contract Documents.
QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. 2.1. The Apparent Low Bidder shall submit to the Professional, within two (2) Business Days after receipt of the Professional’s request, Section 00430 List of Subcontractors. The Apparent Low Bidder also shall submit to the Professional, within five (5) Calendar Days after the Professional’s request, a Pre−Award Schedule and those other Qualification Submittals noted in Sections 00410, 00420 and 00440. The Apparent Low Bidder(s) may be required to attend a pre-award conference(s).
2.2. The Pre−Award Schedule shall consist of a time- scaled CPM Schedule or a Bar Chart Schedule, as designated by the Professional. The Pre−Award Schedule shall (a) identify start and completion dates for the Work in summary form, (b) show the sequencing in which the Bidder plans to perform the Work to conform to the Contract Times and sequences of Work indicated in or required by the Bidding Documents, and (c) include a plot with percentages of completion for the Work correlating to the start and completion dates.
2.3. Unless otherwise determined by the Owner, in its sole discretion, failure, neglect or refusal by the Apparent Low Bidder to submit Qualification Submittals when and as requested justifies the Owner’s refusal to consider the Apparent Low Bidder's Bid and the Apparent Low Bidder's Bid Security will be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. However, in the case of any other Bidder remaining or wishing to remain in contention for the award, such failure, neglect or refusal will not constitute grounds for forfeiting that other Bidder's Bid Security
