Additional Office Space. Promptly following the execution of this Amendment, Landlord shall commence the work described on attached Exhibit I in order to make the Additional Office Space available to Tenant. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all . costs incurred by Landlord in performing that work; as of the Effective Date, the parties estimate such costs to be as set forth on Exhibit 1. Tenant shall lease the Additional Office Space commencing on June 1,2009; provided, however, if Landlord completes the work described on "?Il FITl I" Am_if Fin,,1 O-;040Q , Exhibit 1 prior to such date, then Tenant shall lease the Additional Office Space commencing on the date such work is complete.
Additional Office Space. Tenant shall lease the Additional Office Space commencing on the Effective Date.
Additional Office Space. At any time up to a date which is ten (10) days prior to the due date of the Purchase Money Note, Buyer may elect to purchase additional office use entitlement for up to an additional 40,000 square feet of office use. The price for any additional office use shall be $53 per square foot times the number of square feet of entitlement and shall be paid within 10 days of timely written notice from Buyer to Seller designate what portion of the 40,000 square feet of space Buyer intends to purchase. Upon payment of the consideration for the additional office space, Seller shall execute an assignment of the necessary trip entitlements upon the same terms as required above in Section 14.b.
Additional Office Space. The Additional Office Space described in paragraph A of this Article 51 shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Lease unless otherwise provided in this Article 51.
Additional Office Space. The Agency agrees that the Union may request office space (not identified in Section A) as needed. The Agency will respond to these requests expediently. The response will be provided in writing, within thirty (30) calendar days of the request.
Additional Office Space. Due to finite and limited work space within the RTMC and the planned growth of operational responsibilities, it is anticipated additional work space may be required in the future to support the DEPARTMENT’S ITS and Managed Lanes programs.
