Additional Specialized Services. Any individualized or specialized services in addition to the above that may be agreed to between the parties for a specific school district, school, or enrolled xxxxxx child shall be as listed below, or as set forth in an exhibit or attachment to this Agreement.

These services include the following enumerated items below: ▪ Acoustical/Audiovisual/Lighting/Theatrical Consultation for Performance Halls, Broadcast Studios & Exhibitions ▪ Data Management/Networking Software/Hardware Selection ▪ Historic Preservation Consultation and Design ▪ Hospital/Medical Specialties ▪ Industrial Hygienist ▪ Interior Design for Artscaping/Plantscaping & Furnishings Selection ▪ Laboratory Consultation ▪ LEED® Consultation/Certification Services ▪ Library/Archives Consultation ▪ Quality Assurance Testing and Inspection ▪ Sound/Vibration Analysis The following descriptions provide a general statement of what each Additional Service entails, but may include related services not specifically listed in the description and is not limited to what is described herein.

d. Geotechnical Investigations and Testing
e. Building and Building Systems Commissioning
f. Data Management/Networking Software/Hardware Selection
g. Historic Preservation Consultation and Design
h. Laboratory Consultation
i. Quality Assurance Testing and Inspection j. Sound/Vibration Analysis
