Re-Bidding. If the Procuring Agency rejected all bids, it may call for a re-bidding or if deems necessary and appropriate the Procuring Agency may seek any alternative methods of procurement under Rule 42 of the Punjab Procurement Rules-2009. The Procuring Agency before invitation for re-bidding shall assess the reasons for rejection and may revise specifications, evaluation criteria or any other condition for bidders, as it may deem necessary.

Re-Bidding. When the Department determines, in its discretion, to re-bid the construction contracts, the Professional shall be compensated its direct cost for reissuing the documents and providing any services related to the administration of the re-bidding, unless the re-bidding is required due to the Professional’s actions.
Re-Bidding. The District shall re-bid the routes if a significant change occurs. A significant change shall be defined as: • a complete and whole route is added or removed; • a route FTE is increased or decreased by 30 minutes or more.

The PHFMC, Lahore before invitation for re-bidding shall assess the reasons for rejection and may revise specifications, evaluation criteria or any other condition for bidders, as it may deem necessary.
Re-Bidding. 33.1 If The Medical Superintendent, Government Xxxx Xxxx Hospital, Lahore rejected all bids in pursuant to ITB Clause 32, it may proceed with the process of fresh bidding but before doing that it shall assess the reasons for rejection and may, if necessary, revise specifications, evaluation criteria or any other conditions for bidders.
Re-Bidding. 33.1 If The Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam rejected all bids in pursuant to ITB Clause 32, it may proceed with the process of fresh bidding but before doing that it shall assess the reasons for rejection and may, if necessary, revise specifications, evaluation criteria or any other conditions for bidders.
Re-Bidding. All drivers shall re-bid routes two (2) days prior to the start of the new student attendance year. The re-bidding process will allow for the most senior School Bus Driver to bid on all available routes and the re-bidding will continue in seniority order until all routes are filled. All routes will be posted with the route containing the most hours listed first, then all subsequent routes will be listed in descending order of number of hours. The re- bidding of equipment will first be based on the needs of the routes, and where applicable will be based on the size and capacity of the bus. The number of routes and the bases of routes will be no less than the prior year, unless otherwise affected by layoff.
Re-Bidding. Construction Manager shall not allow individual Bid Package category re-bids except under one or more of the following circumstances:
(a) If no bid is received in a category.
(b) If the Project, after bids are received, is not within the Project Budget.
(c) An insufficient number of bids have been received, which has resulted in an exorbitantly high bid in a category or creates reasonable uncertainty whether the low bid price is reasonable in consideration of the scope of the bid package .
(d) As otherwise authorized by the District. Should one or more of the aforementioned circumstances occur, then a category may be re-bid with only alteration to bid documents which are allowable by state agencies having jurisdiction over the Project (i.e. OPSC, SAB, DSA, etc.) and to which the Architect and District agrees. The District may, in its sole discretion, reject all bids and require ALL packages for the entire Project to be re-bid. In the event the bids exceed the Project Budget, or District authorizes re-bidding of all or portions of such Project, Construction Manager shall cooperate with the Architect in revising the scope and the quality of the work as required to reduce the construction costs for the Project. Construction Manager shall cooperate with District and Architect as necessary to bring construction costs within the Project Budget. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District is not obligated to authorize the re-bidding of all or any portions of the Project.
