ADDITIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES. If Surveyor forms a reasonable opinion that any work he/she/it has been directed to perform is beyond the overall scope of this Contract, as set forth in Exhibit B, and as such constitutes extra work (“Additional Surveying Services”), he/she/it shall promptly notify County in writing through the County’s Designated Representative. In the event County finds that such work does constitute Additional Surveying Services, County shall so advise Surveyor and a written Contract Amendment will be executed between the parties as provided in Article 14. Any increase to the Compensation Cap due to Additional Surveying Services must be set forth in such Contract Amendment. Surveyor shall not perform any proposed Additional Surveying Services nor incur any additional costs prior to the execution, by both parties, of a written Contract Amendment. Following the execution of a Contract Amendment that provides for Additional Surveying Services, a written Work Authorization, which sets forth the Additional Surveying Services to be performed, must be executed by the parties. County shall not be responsible for actions by Surveyor nor for any costs incurred by Surveyor relating to Additional Surveying Services not directly associated with the performance of the Surveying Services authorized in this Contract, by a fully executed Work Authorization or a fully executed Contract Amendment thereto.

ADDITIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES. A. Engineer will perform single-beam and multibeam surveys of docks and will provide deliverables as described in A1.01 of the Service Order. B. Engineer will provide all deliverables for each dock within 2 weeks after field collection of quarterly soundings. C. Engineer will perform Before Dredge (BD) and After Dredge (AD) surveys on docks coordinated with PCCA. D. Engineer shall perform BD surveys of a specific dock(s) within 14 days of PCCA notice. E. Engineer will coordinate with PCCA and PCCA’s dredging contractor on timing of AD surveys. F. Engineer shall perform and deliver AD surveys of a specific dock(s) to PCCA within 7 days of PCCA notice. b. For the additional services or the modifications to services set forth above, PCCA shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: A1.02 Additional Surveying Services $ 270,450
ADDITIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES. As part of the Amendment No. 2 scope of work, the ENGINEER performed additional topographic surveys to cover changes in alignment and/or grades that occurred since the original project corridor topographic surveys were completed in 2013-2014. Under this Amendment No. 3, the ENGINEER will perform necessary surveys to complete the final design of the project and final easement acquisitions. Services shall include: • Additional mapping of surface features identified by the ENGINEER and/or XXXX that are required to finalize the design drawings. • Field ties to potholed utilities identified by the ENGINEER and/or XXXX. • Xxxxxxx of proposed permanent and/or temporary easements requested by the property owner. Project control points used to complete additional surveys will be shown for future use during construction. The ENGINEER will contact Arkansas 811 and wait the allotted 48 hours prior to beginning the survey to allow time to have utilities field located. The ENGINEER will coordinate with XXXX on field locating utilities not marked by Arkansas 811 to minimize conflicts during construction.

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Systems Engineering 2. Advanced Technology Pilots and Trials 3.   • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service. 4.2 Additional service or variations in the Service may be required after the date of execution of this Agreement and may be performed upon our prior written approval. Such written approval shall be evidenced by a change authorisation order (“Change Order”) or such other written authorisation as approved and signed by the Contact or a duly authorised Public Officer. In such case, a Change Order shall be issued within a reasonable time thereafter. 4.3 All Change Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 4.4 The Fee for additional service shall be agreed by us in writing prior to any additional service being performed.
