Additional User Fees. The number of Unique Host Users shall be listed in the applicable Order and are non-transferable. Any additional Unique Host Users that exceed the limit defined in the Order shall be subject to Additional User Fees.
Additional User Fees. An additional Support Fee (£XXX) shall be levied by The Provider for each and every user licensed, under Citrix, to access the Applications deployed as the solution covered by the terms of this Service Agreement. The Provider does not restrict the number of servers covered under this agreement, other than their direct relation and use specifically for the deployment specified in the terms above.
Additional User Fees. If more persons use the Licensed Facilities than the Licensee guaranteed, Licensee shall pay to CAMP GREENWOOD an additional fee. This fee will represent the use of the Facility by the additional persons, and will be calculated by totaling the individual charges for each additional person’s lodging or day use fee, meal charges, and other person fees where applicable.
Additional User Fees. The User shall pay the City for:
(i) All expenses that it may incur in supplying services for and on behalf of the User except for those specifically to be borne by the City as set forth herein.
(ii) All costs for services provided by the City at the reasonable request of the User, which shall be billed to and reimbursed by the User at the City’s standard rates.
(iii) The User shall pay Additional User Fees within thirty (30) days following the invoice date. User agrees to pay all fees due under this Agreement by bank check or credit card.
Additional User Fees. The monthly fee for the minimum Users up to the amount set forth in Section 1 shall be fixed for the term of this Schedule. Customer may add additional Users at any time during the term of this Schedule. Monthly fees for additional Users shall be based on the category of the User (Named, Moderate, or Inquiry Users as defined below) at the above rates. Customer will use its best efforts to notify AristaSoft of any changes in the number of Users, (increase or decrease) 30 days prior to such change. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AristaSoft will add Users within one business day of written notification by Customer and delete Users within four (4) hours of written notification from Customer.
Additional User Fees. User shall pay Pace for:
(i) All expenses that it may incur in supplying services for and on behalf of User except for those specifically to be borne by Pace as set forth herein.
(ii) All costs for services provided by Pace at the reasonable request of User, which shall be billed to and reimbursed by User at Pace’s standard rates. The estimated fees for Educational Media equipment and Security and Buildings & Grounds services are as follows: Educational Media for sound equipment (table microphone, two wireless microphones, a freestanding microphone, sound system and technician. $ ___________________ Security Services - One supervisor and eight security officers @ _____per hour for each individual. – Four hour minimum for each individual. $ ____________________ Buildings & Grounds – Set-up and break- down. $____________________ The foregoing are preliminary estimates, based on information provided by User. User will be billed for Additional User Fees for the actual equipment and services used in connection with the Event. User shall pay Additional User Fees within thirty (30) days following the invoice date. User agrees to pay all fees due under this contract by bank check.
Additional User Fees. | Customer shall be liable for any Additional User Fees incurred as a result of the following:
(a) User Limit Overage – if Customer’s usage of the Subscription Service exceeds its then current User Limit in any given month of the Subscription Term (“Overage”), Cutover shall have the right to account for and invoice Customer for the Additional User Fees for the required number of additional Users (based on the applicable User types consumed) in accordance with the rates set out in the Subscription Order Form. The applicable Additional User Fees will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis from the beginning of the month in which the Overage occurred to the end of the then-current Contract Year; and
