Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Licensee shall at all times obey the rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions set forth in Title V of the California Code of Regulations (insofar as they pertain to student conduct, generally, or specifically student housing) or established in the Housing and Residence Life Student Guide prior to or during the Agreement period. All such rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions are incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Licensee shall at all times obey the rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions set forth in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (insofar as they pertain to student conduct, generally, or specifically student housing), University policies, or established in University Housing Policies and Regulations prior to or during the Agreement period. All such rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions are incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein, including but not limited to: ● Standards for Student Conduct: xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/studentconduct ● SHRL Community Standards: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/housing/student-housing-residential- life community-standards ● Dining Services Dining Plan rules: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxx.xxx/csumb/ ● Title 5, California Code of Regulations governing California State University ● (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/Title5/), and all other University and SHRL rules and regulations governing the conduct of students, and housing and dining plans, as amended from time to time.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The University is responsible for providing a residential living community that enhances the educational environment as outlined above in section, I. D. of this Agreement. The Licensee agrees to recognize the important role University Housing Services plays in maintaining an environment conducive for fellow Licensees to study, live, and sleep in the on-campus housing facilities. The Licensee agrees not to disturb this environment and shall at all times obey the rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions set forth in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (Insofar as they pertain to student conduct, generally, or specifically student housing) or established in the University Housing Services Policies and Procedures prior to or during the Agreement period. All such rules, regulations, policies and prohibitions are incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Licensee shall at all times abide by this License and the rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions set forth in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 42000-42103, (insofar as they pertain to student conduct, generally, or specifically student housing), the CSUMB Student Conduct office (xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/studentconduct/), SHRL policies and community standards, and Dining Services Meal Plan rules.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. Pursuant to Town Code Section 185-29, LESSEE must adhere to, and comply with, all applicable rules, regulations, standards, and provisions of any State or Federal agency, including, but not limited to, the FAA and the FCC. Specifically included in this requirement are any rules and regulations regarding height, lighting, security, electrical and RF emission standards. To the extent that applicable rules, regulations, standards, and provisions of any State or Federal agency, including but not limited to the FAA and the FCC, and specifically including any rules and regulations regarding height, lighting, and security, are changed and/or are modified during the duration of a special use permit issued for the Use contemplated by this Agreement, then LESSEE shall conform the Use to the applicable changed and/or modified rule, regulation, standard, or provision within a maximum of twenty-four (24) months of the effective date of the applicable changed and/or modified rule, regulation, standard, or provision, or as otherwise may be the timeframe required by the issuing entity, and obtain modified approvals as may be required from the Town of Ghent Planning Board, ZBA, Building Inspector and/or ZEO.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. 1. I acknowledge and agree that I will adhere to all policies, procedures, rules and regulations of any County of Los Angeles - Department of Mental Health facility in which I may receive training during my participation in such affiliated student professional development program. I agree to be bound by the policies and procedures established by [CONTRACTOR NAME] to resolve any disputes, including disciplinary actions, between myself and [CONTRACTOR NAME] or the County of Los Angeles - Department of Mental Health facility in which I may receive training pursuant to the affiliated student professional development program.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Lessee shall strictly adhere to the laws, rules and regulations of the Apartment at all times.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. It shall be the responsibility of all aircraft owners, opera- tors, and users of the airport to become familiar with and adhere to the Rules and Regulations herein set forth.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Space may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Licensee covenants and agrees that during the Term, Licensee shall conform to and observe all ordinances, rules, laws and regulations relating to the Space or the improvements upon the same, or use thereof, including but not limited to fire codes restricting the occupancy of the Space to a designated number of persons, which shall be strictly enforced, and any and all other reasonable rules and regulations Licensor may adopt from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Center and/or the Space or the preservation of good order therein. No alcoholic beverage shall be carried or otherwise taken outside the Space. Licensee shall respect the rights of the other licensees of any portion of the Center and insure that all activities within the Space are conducted in a thoughtful and courteous manner. Any breach or violation of this Agreement, any applicable ordinances, rules, laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, any such rules and regulations adopted by Licensor, may result in the termination of this Agreement by Licensor, in its sole and absolute discretion.
