Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Licensee shall at all times obey the rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions set forth in Title V of the California Code of Regulations (insofar as they pertain to student conduct, generally, or specifically student housing) or established in the Housing and Residence Life Student Guide prior to or during the Agreement period. All such rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions are incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The University is responsible for providing a residential living community that enhances the educational environment as outlined above in section, I. D. of this Agreement. The Licensee agrees to recognize the important role University Housing Services plays in maintaining an environment conducive for fellow Licensees to study, live, and sleep in the on-campus housing facilities. The Licensee agrees not to disturb this environment and shall at all times obey the rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions set forth in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (Insofar as they pertain to student conduct, generally, or specifically student housing) or established in the University Housing Services Policies and Procedures prior to or during the Agreement period. All such rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions are incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
1. University Student Conduct Procedures: The provisions of sections 41301 and 41302 of Title 5, California Code of Regulations, which relates to student conduct on campus, are applicable to the on-campus housing community. Residents not in compliance with Housing and Title 5 regulations may be subject to University disciplinary action and/or eviction from the housing complex. Eviction due to disciplinary action can result in the Licensee owing the amount due for the full fee period of the license, including the entire amount owed that the Licensee agreed to pay to a Board plan under this Agreement.
2. The Licensee is responsible for abiding by all University Housing Services policies and procedures, including later addendums. Detailed Housing policies can be found posted on the Housing website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/student-life/housing/.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Licensee shall at all times abide by this License and the rules, regulations, policies, and prohibitions set forth in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 42000-42103, (insofar as they pertain to student conduct, generally, or specifically student housing), the CSUMB Student Conduct office (xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/studentconduct/), SHRL policies and community standards, and Dining Services Meal Plan rules.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The SECOND PARTY must adhere to all rules and regulations governing the accommodation Premises. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the consumption of alcohol, use of tobacco, and any form of violent behavior. In case the SECOND PARTY get caught in any of the mentioned prohibited activities then the Second Party shall bear all the consequences of the same and the FIRST PARTY will not be liable in any manner.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. I acknowledge and agree that I will adhere to all policies, procedures, rules and regulations of any County of Los Angeles - Department of Mental Health facility in which I may receive training during my participation in such affiliated student professional development program. I agree to be bound by the policies and procedures established by [CONTRACTOR NAME] to resolve any disputes, including disciplinary actions, between myself and [CONTRACTOR NAME] or the County of Los Angeles - Department of Mental Health facility in which I may receive training pursuant to the affiliated student professional development program.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. It shall be the responsibility of all aircraft owners, opera- tors, and users of the airport to become familiar with and adhere to the Rules and Regulations herein set forth.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. Pursuant to Town Code Section 185-29, LESSEE must adhere to, and comply with, all applicable rules, regulations, standards, and provisions of any State or Federal agency, including, but not limited to, the FAA and the FCC. Specifically included in this requirement are any rules and regulations regarding height, lighting, security, electrical and RF emission standards. To the extent that applicable rules, regulations, standards, and provisions of any State or Federal agency, including but not limited to the FAA and the FCC, and specifically including any rules and regulations regarding height, lighting, and security, are changed and/or are modified during the duration of a special use permit issued for the Use contemplated by this Agreement, then LESSEE shall conform the Use to the applicable changed and/or modified rule, regulation, standard, or provision within a maximum of twenty-four (24) months of the effective date of the applicable changed and/or modified rule, regulation, standard, or provision, or as otherwise may be the timeframe required by the issuing entity, and obtain modified approvals as may be required from the Town of Ghent Planning Board, ZBA, Building Inspector and/or ZEO.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations. The Lessee shall strictly adhere to the laws, rules and regulations of the Apartment at all times.
