Administrative Authority and Structure. Mission Statement, WL Community Forest Limited Partnership Our mission is: To sustainably manage the natural resources and cultural heritage of the Community Forest to the benefit of local communities, thereby creating a foundation of mutual respect on which to maintain and develop the local economy. The mission statement extends to the partners’ goals for the Community Forest which are to: • Reflect community values and respect the land; • Sustainably manage for all forest resources; • Enhance local partnerships that support forest education and an increased public understanding of forestry; • Operate the Community Forest as a viable forestry enterprise; • Realize socioeconomic benefits such as local employment and economic activity associated with milling and manufacturing; and • Generate revenue for economic development and community stability. Historical Overview of the Xxxxxxxx Lake Community Forest The City of Xxxxxxxx Lake and Xxxxxxxx Lake Indian Band have long been neighbours. Shortly aGer the City received an invitation to apply for a Community Forest Agreement (CFA) from Xxxx Xxxxxxx, the then Minister of Forests and Range in July 2007, the two communities decided to pursue an invitation for a joint Community Forest Agreement. The City and the Band considered this to be mutually beneficial and a pivotal and important first step towards building a new relationship. The City and the Band reached a common understanding as to the goals and objectives of jointly holding a CFA and signed a Letter of Understanding on January 13, 2009. The communities have worked together and have created a Limited Partnership to hold, manage and administer this CFA.

  • Outage Authority and Coordination Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner may each, in accordance with NYISO procedures and Good Utility Practice and in coordination with the other Party, remove from service any of its respective Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency State, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to both the Developer and the Connecting Transmission Owner. In all circumstances either Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Party of such removal.

Moreover, Respondent acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is only binding on the State Mortgage Regulators and not any other Local, State or Federal Agency, Department or Office.

  • Credit Structure To obtain a credit, Customer must open a Trouble Ticket in accordance with the “Process for Customer to Apply for SLA Credits” section below. Verizon will work with Customer to confirm that a DDR issue exists with the Core Network and repair the problem(s), as applicable. Once Verizon confirms that the DDR on the Core Network for a specific Customer E-Line EVC connection does not comply with this Service Level Standard, Verizon will have thirty (30) calendar days from the opening of the Trouble Ticket to address the Service Issue and close the applicable Trouble Ticket before Customer may be eligible for SLA credits. If, after thirty (30) calendar days of opening the Trouble Ticket, the DDR Service Level Standard issue is not corrected, but has been agreed to as a Service Issue, Customer may qualify for credits.

  • Due Authority The execution and delivery by the Company of this Warrant and the performance of all obligations of the Company hereunder, including the issuance to Warrantholder of the Warrant Shares issuable hereunder, have been duly authorized by all necessary corporate action on the part of the Company. This Agreement: (i) does not violate the Company’s Charter or Bylaws; (ii) does not contravene any law or governmental rule, regulation or order applicable to the Company; and (iii) does not and will not contravene any provision of, or constitute a default under, any indenture, mortgage, contract or other instrument to which the Company is a party or by which it is bound. This Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding agreement of the Company, enforceable in accordance with its terms.
