Administrative Inquiries. Administrative Inquiries involve investigations into violations or alleged violations of policy or procedure and which concern matters that, if sustained, experience and common sense indicate will be subject to disciplinary resolution at the supervisor level. Administrative Inquiries shall not be considered Internal Affairs Investigations.
Administrative Inquiries. Employees must respond promptly and fully to all administrative inquiries when directed to do so. Employees who are required to file a "Statement of Financial Disclosure” with the State Ethics Commission, under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 268B, shall do so in a timely manner as prescribed by the State Ethics Commission. The State Ethics Commission will notify each employee who is required to file such a statement.
Administrative Inquiries. The activities of the Agency shall be subject to inquiries by the European Ombudsman in accordance with Article 228 TFEU.

  • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces.
