The Administrator Availability clause defines the obligations of an administrator to be accessible and responsive during specified periods or under certain conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the expected hours or circumstances in which the administrator must be reachable, such as during business hours, emergencies, or for critical decision-making. Its core function is to ensure that administrative support is consistently available, thereby minimizing disruptions and maintaining smooth operations.
