AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATION/INTERPRETATION. Upon request by either party, the Association officials and District administrators shall meet at mutually agreeable times to discuss school problems relating to interpretation or compliance with this Collective Bargaining Agreement. A calendar shall be developed at the beginning of each school year to establish monthly meetings between the association president and/or designee and the superintendent and/or designee. They shall meet regularly to discuss school concerns or issues relating to the interpretation or compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement or other school issues. When a request is made, the meeting shall be held as soon as the parties can meet.
