Advanced Certification Reimbursement. The Hospital will pay reasonable 8 fees associated with obtaining an advanced certification for regular full- and part- 9 time nurses covered by this agreement. The Hospital will pay for program cost, 10 material expense, and testing fee for initial certification that qualifies for the 11 advanced certification incentive. An approved list of advanced certifications shall 12 be established by mutual consent between the PNCC and the nurse executive or 13 designee and shall be updated on an annual basis at the end of each calendar 14 year. The Hospital will also pay recertification fees for that advanced certification. 16 To qualify for reimbursement, the nurse must successfully complete the 17 education, class, program or testing with at least a grade of C for undergraduate 18 courses, a grade of B for graduate courses, and a passing score for certification or 19 recertification.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Education Reimbursement The County will provide education reimbursement for education costs incurred by regular employees who apply for such reimbursement in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the education reimbursement program.   • Reimbursement Procedure Reimbursement shall be made upon successful completion of a course with a grade of C (2.00) or better. The employee shall submit an official transcript or certificate demonstrating successful completion of the course and a receipt from the institution confirming the employee has paid for tuition, fees, and required textbooks. Any financial assistance available to an employee shall be deducted from the amount of tuition reimbursement that would otherwise be payable. The employee shall not be reimbursed for incidental expenses such as paper or supplies, mileage, parking, meals, or other expenses other than tuition, fees, and required textbooks.

  • Travel Reimbursement 2.1 The County will only cover costs associated with travel on vendors outside a 50 mile radius from Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.
