Common use of Agreement Training Clause in Contracts

Agreement Training. The Agency and the Association will collaborate to develop and conduct training for nurses and leaders regarding the Agreement and changes annually or more frequently as needed. The training will be jointly conducted and provided within 90 days of ratification of a new agreement. The Agency will coordinate scheduling to accommodate access for all shifts and locations. All nurses who attend the training will be paid at their straight-time hourly rate.
