Airtime Rates. Selectel Wireless Account balance is issued and maintained in US dollars. Your account balance will decrease based on your usage and to pay for usage fees as specified by the plan you select. You will have access to Selectel Wireless Service only when you have a balance available on the Selectel Wireless account. You may add additional minutes by entering the Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) obtained from Selectel Wireless prepaid cards or from a retailer PIN number. You must add your Selectel Wireless prepaid PIN to your Selectel Wireless account in a timely manner before the expiration of the Service Extension Date (as defined below). Your plan is determined based on the face value of the Selectel Wireless Prepaid Plan card or PIN receipt you purchase. A list of the current service plans and charges are available at our website.
Airtime Rates. Airtime charges shall be billed in arrears each month to Customer. The airtime rate shall depend on the total amount usage by Customer in all Areas combined.   • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.   • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Prime Rate Borrower may prepay principal on any portion of this Note which bears interest determined in relation to the Prime Rate at any time, in any amount and without penalty.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week).
