Alerts Service. Includes the following support for Entitled Device(s): • 24x7x365 remote monitoring of Entitled Devices which may span desktops, servers, network devices and key applications. • Email alerts sent to Customer when designated events occur in Customer’s IT environment. Telephone support in the event a customer is not familiar with the specific alert is limited to defining the alert for the customer. Troubleshooting and resolution of alerts may be purchased by Customer as Point of Need Services. • Access to Dell Remote Management Console interface with the following functionality: • Run security and performance scorecard reports and performance summary reports • Manage alerts • Manage, remove, and re-discover assets • Edit devices management parameters • Modify policies • Add users • Monthly reports on performance statistics of Entitled Devices such as CPU, memory, disk and interface utilization, and executive summaries consisting of: • Performance reporting, addressing server & network utilization and asset, fault, and vulnerability status; and • Security reporting that includes Entitled Device(s), Microsoft Windows account use and failed login, vulnerability, firewall event, patch version status, and intrusion detection system (“IDS”) event summaries.
Alerts Service. The Alerts service allows You to request and receive email messages about Your DFCU Financial Accounts when certain events occur. When the alert event You have selected occurs, an alert will be sent to the Delivery Method that You have designated as for that alert. Alerts are not intended to replace Your account statement, use of DFCU OnLine or any other communications We may provide to You regarding Your account(s). You may sign up for Alerts in DFCU OnLine. You may choose the type of Alert You would like to receive, the account(s) to which the Alerts will relate, and the Delivery Method to be used to which the Alerts will be sent. You also agree to update Your Delivery Methods with any change to Your email addresses or phone numbers in order to ensure continued delivery of Alerts. You may also edit or delete any of Your information at any time. Anyone with access to Your Delivery Method will be able to view the contents of the Alerts. We currently charge no additional fees for this service, We reserve the right to terminate, modify and/or charge fees for the service. You understand and agree that receipt of each Alert may be delayed, or prevented by factors affecting Your Internet service provider(s), phone operator(s), and such other relevant entities ("Third Party Service Providers"). You are responsible for and must provide all telephone and other equipment, software, and services necessary to receive Alerts from the Service. Alerts may include Your Name and information specific to an account according to the alert(s) You have established and will not be encrypted. You also understand and agree that Alerts will not be sent on a real time basis, but will rather be sent at the next scheduled delivery time after the specified event occurs. We reserve the right to change the frequency or timing of Alerts, at any time and from time to time. We neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the contents of any Alert. You agree that We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from (a) non-delivery, delayed delivery, or mis-delivery of an Alert; (b) inaccurate content in an Alert; or (c) Your use or reliance on the contents of any Alert for any purchases or any other reason.

Alerts Service. 21.1 After 13 January 2018, we will start registering each business owner who has provided us with their mobile phone number or email address for a free alerts service on your current account. This means that we will send the business owners messages when you have, or are about to exceed your Arranged Overdraft limit or, if you do not have an Arranged Overdraft limit, your account balance has, or is about to fall below zero. We’ll use the most recent contact details we hold for each business owner, so it’s important that we have up-to-date mobile phone numbers and email addresses for these individuals. These details can be updated through Online Banking or by calling us using the contact details provided in these Conditions.

You are solely responsible for your choice of equipment, w ireless carriers, internet or email service providers, w xx xxxx sers, voice/data plans, etc., and for resolving any issues concerning operation, performance, availability, costs, etc., relating to any of the foregoing w ith the appropriate provider.
Alerts Service. Fidelity, through the Alerts Service, will generate a series of Auto Roll alerts notifying you of a nearing maturity date, identification of a Reinvestment Position, and notifying you in the event the Auto Roll Service is unable to identify a Reinvestment Position. If you unsubscribe from the Alerts Service on one or more accounts, your authorized instructions will be revoked and the Auto Roll Service will be canceled from the selected accounts. Canceling the Auto Roll Service You can cancel the Auto Roll Service at any time. If you only wish to cancel the Auto Roll Service and revoke your authorized instructions, you may do so either at the position or at the account level. To cancel the Auto Roll Service from a particular position simply cancel the pending order from the Orders page on Xxxxxxxx.xxx. To cancel the Auto Roll Service for all positions within an account, you may unsubscribe from the Alerts Service for that account. Additionally, owners of a CD Ladder with the Auto Roll Service enabled may cancel the Auto Roll Service by making the appropriate selection from the Purchased Ladders list. This list may be accessed from the Bond Ladder Tool Page. The Auto Roll Service will continue until you affirmatively cancel the Auto Roll Service. We do not retain confidential or sensitive information such as usernames, passwords or account numbers on your Handheld Device in connection with the Services. You should safeguard your Handheld Device, as well as your username and password, against loss or theft. You should delete any alerts or other text messages sent or received in connection with any Service. We have no responsibility or liability to you or any other person in connection with any such messages you choose to save on your Handheld Device. If your Handheld Device is lost or stolen, report it immediately to your wireless provider. The information in any alert may be subject to certain lag times or delays in transmission, and we make no representation concerning either the currency or accuracy of any alert. Frequency of alerts is based on your account settings. Alerts are provided as a convenience only, and should never be considered as an official bank record or as a substitute for the information contained in your periodic statements. We may provide important information to you via other methods, including electronic messaging within the Service.
