Alternative Duties. The Board shall be entitled at any time to require the Executive to perform duties consistent with her role and status not only for the Company but also for any Group Company including, if so required, acting as a director of any Group Company. The Board may at its discretion remove or procure the removal of the Executive from any directorship to which she is appointed under this Clause. The Company may at its sole discretion transfer this Agreement or second the Executive to any Group Company at any time.

Alternative Duties. Should a suitable position not be immediately available at the time of redeployment, the Employee may be assigned alternative duties, where available, at a suitable level for a maximum period of three months. If no position is available at the end of that period the provisions of clause 16.9 shall apply.

Example: Cash Room Duties, Coin Room Duties, Administration Functions, Non-armoured and other opportunities which may arise from time to time. The rates provided in this agreement shall apply to these positions.
