Alternative Duties. The Board shall be entitled at any time to require the Executive to perform duties consistent with his role and status not only for the Company but also for any Group Company including, if so required, acting as a director of any Group Company. The Board may at its discretion remove or procure the removal of the Executive from any directorship to which he is appointed under this clause. The Employer may at its sole discretion transfer this Agreement to any Group Company at any time.
Alternative Duties. Where the Employee is, due to sickness or injury, unable to perform the duties of the position, the Employer in consultation with the Employee and/or ACC where appropriate, may require the Employee to perform reasonable alternative duties.
Alternative Duties. At the discretion of the employer, the employee may be required to return to work to undertake such alternative duties as are available and as are reasonably within the employee's capability and level of fitness as determined in consultation with a registered medical practitioner. In the event the employee is incapacitated and unable to work due to long term illness or an injury for more than a period of three months the employee’s employment may be reviewed due to the employee's incapacity. The employer undertakes to follow procedures of natural justice in any action that follows from this review.
Alternative Duties. The employee may be required by Presbyterian Support to return to work and undertake such alternative duties (whether on a full or part time basis) as are available and as are reasonably within the employee’s capability and level of fitness as determined in agreement with a medical practitioner and ACC.
Alternative Duties. 42.1 The company may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training consistent with the classification structure provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.
42.2 The company may direct an employee to carry out such duties and use such tools and equipment as may be required provided that the employee has been properly trained in the use of such tools and equipment.
42.3 Any direction issued by the company pursuant to this clause shall be consistent with the company’s responsibilities to provide a safe and health working environment.

The employee may be required by the employer to return to work and undertake such alternative duties (whether on a full or part time basis) as are available and as are reasonably within the employees capability and level of fitness as determined in consultation with a medical practitioner and ACC.
Alternative Duties. Where there is the necessity for rehabilitation in the workplace, the Company agrees, where operationally practical and restrictive duties permit and no compromise to security will result, to source and make available other opportunities for employment within Chubb Security Services. Example: Cash Room Duties, Coin Room Duties, Administration Functions, Non-armoured and other opportunities which may arise from time to time. The rates provided in this agreement shall apply to these positions.
Alternative Duties. (i) Employees obliged to raise alternative duties as part of the application process
(A) An employee must discuss the availability and viability of alternative duties with their manager at the time of making an application for chronic sick leave. It is the responsibility of the employee to present the appropriate completed paperwork necessary to initiate a discussion about alternative duties with their manager at the time of making an application for chronic sick leave. Other Wilmar employees or teams may be included in discussions about alternative duties (for example, human resources, rehabilitation, or safety teams) in addition to the employee's manager.
(B) Chronic sick leave will not be approved unless alternative duties have been considered to Wilmar's satisfaction.
(ii) Alternative duties may be required during a period of chronic sick leave
Alternative Duties. 55.1 If the employer has alternative duties available (either part or full time) and at a suitable time, in agreement with the injured worker, the worker’s medical practitioner, case manager and the employer, the injured worker shall participate in an appropriate workplace based vocational rehabilitation programme.
Alternative Duties. If at any time and for any reason the Company considers that an Employee is unable to perform the inherent requirements of his or her position, the Company may immediately assign alternate duties to the Employee, provided that:
