Alternative Duties. The Board shall be entitled at any time to require the Executive to perform duties consistent with her role and status not only for the Company but also for any Group Company including, if so required, acting as a director of any Group Company. The Board may at its discretion remove or procure the removal of the Executive from any directorship to which she is appointed under this Clause. The Company may at its sole discretion transfer this Agreement or second the Executive to any Group Company at any time.
Alternative Duties. The employee may be required by Presbyterian Support to return to work and undertake such alternative duties (whether on a full or part time basis) as are available and as are reasonably within the employee’s capability and level of fitness as determined in agreement with a medical practitioner and ACC.
Alternative Duties. 29.1 Where the Employee is, due to sickness or injury, unable to perform the duties of the position, the Employer in consultation with the Employee, and/or ACC where appropriate, may require the Employee to perform reasonable alternative duties.

In the event the employee is incapacitated and unable to work due to long term illness or an injury for more than a period of three months the employee’s employment may be reviewed due to the employee's incapacity. The employer undertakes to follow procedures of natural justice in any action that follows from this review.

Alternative Duties. Should a suitable position not be immediately available at the time of redeployment, the Employee may be assigned alternative duties, where available, at a suitable level for a maximum period of three months. If no position is available at the end of that period the provisions of clause 16.9 shall apply.

Should a suitable position not be immediately available at the time redeployment is required, the employee may, where appropriate, be assigned to a temporary position at a suitable level for an agreed period. If no position is available at the end of that period the employee’s position is to be made redundant unless otherwise agreed between the employee and the CEO whereby the agreed redundancy provisions will apply. No employee redundancy entitlements shall be reduced as a consequence of accepting a temporary position.
Alternative Duties. Where there is the necessity for rehabilitation in the workplace, the Company agrees, where operationally practical and restrictive duties permit and no compromise to security will result, to source and make available other opportunities for employment within Chubb Security Services. Example: Cash Room Duties, Coin Room Duties, Administration Functions, Non-armoured and other opportunities which may arise from time to time. The rates provided in this agreement shall apply to these positions.
