ALTERNATIVE HIGH SCHOOLThe District retains the right to offer a truly “alternative” high school day which may include start and end times that reflect an early afternoon-evening schedule such as, but not limited to, 12:00-7:00 p.m. Any such position will first be posted internally to current Association members. If the position has not been filled, then the district will post such a position externally. The alternative schedule shall be negotiated with the Association beginning no later than March 1 of the year prior to implementation.

ALTERNATIVE HIGH SCHOOL. 6.01 The District may elect to run an Alternative High School. If an Alternative High School is conducted after the regular school day, staff members will be afforded the first opportunity to participate. Staff will be selected by the administration with seniority as a factor. If no qualified staff members express an interest, the District may hire out of district. 6.02 The value of the scale unit for Alternative High School compensation is: This scale point value will be indexed for every year of the Agreement. Lead Teachers 12 scale units Teachers who work two nights a week. 8 scale units Teachers/Counselors who work one night a week 4 scale units Teacher Assistants who work one night a week. 3 scale units 6.03 Staff receiving an assignment of more than one night per week will have no duty assignment during the regular school day and will not be required to report to school before the end of the first period. Staff receiving a one-day per week assignment will have no duty assignment for one-half year and will not be required to report prior to the end of the first period in the semester that duty is waived. 6.04 If the A/B schedule is utilized in the future, the counselor or counselors and teacher assistants will work the equivalent of two and one-half sessions per week.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • NO HARDSTOP/PASSIVE LICENSE MONITORING Unless an Authorized User is otherwise specifically advised to the contrary in writing at the time of order and prior to purchase, Contractor hereby warrants and represents that the Product and all Upgrades do not and will not contain any computer code that would disable the Product or Upgrades or impair in any way its operation based on the elapsing of a period of time, exceeding an authorized number of copies, advancement to a particular date or other numeral, or other similar self-destruct mechanisms (sometimes referred to as “time bombs,” “time locks,” or “drop dead” devices) or that would permit Contractor to access the Product to cause such disablement or impairment (sometimes referred to as a “trap door” device). Contractor agrees that in the event of a breach or alleged breach of this provision that Authorized User shall not have an adequate remedy at law, including monetary damages, and that Authorized User shall consequently be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction, or other form of equitable relief against the continuance of such breach, in addition to any and all remedies to which Authorized User shall be entitled.
